He was super-high-energy, and funny as heck, doing prop comedy, juggling, telling jokes, and performing magic that entertained the parents as much as the kids. My husband and I enjoyed it so much, we chatted with him a bit after the show and found out he has a whole crew of performers with an amazing array of talents. The clown let me know that the boy in front of my son was his last balloon. Ok, no big deal. I went outside and waited for our food. I looked over and noticed a little girl now holding the sign. I went in and told the clown that was rude to do to a little boy and allow other people to get in the line. He said he didn't but I was watching the entire time. And it was a boy holding the sign and now a girl. So I called the main number and the lady that answered the phone said, "it was just a balloon!" Ok well to a 4 year old it's MORE than a balloon. I would never hire people to host children's parties that had this demeanor.

Upon arrival, she made a point to question why we were even holding the event due to the rain, despite everything being indoors, and the rain itself lasted less than 30 minutes. Her behavior was so off-putting that several guests approached me during the event to express their discomfort. I also tried contacting the company before and during the event, but my calls repeatedly went unanswered, which had already been a problem leading up to the day. I will say once I called it to her attention she started acting nicer, but by that time the damage was done. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and service. I was also told that tipping was expected. While I had plenty of cash on hand, I chose not to tip based on how poorly we were treated, which is something I never do.
