Very disappointing and not customer-focused. Both of my parties were scheduled outdoors at a park under a pavilion. My original party was rained out, so I rescheduled it for a month later and that date was also forecasted for rain. These were outdoor events completely dependent on weather, yet there was essentially no flexibility. The first time, I was told they could still show up, which meant parents would sit outside in the rain and cold while kids played in the truck. That's not a reasonable expectation for an outdoor park party. I was only allowed to reschedule after pushing back, and their reconsideration only came after I sent an email expressing my concerns. For the second date, I canceled on Thursday for a Sunday party and did not ask for a refund because I already understood the rigid policy. I accepted the $150 loss. Then Saturday night, I received a text confirming the party. I responded that I had canceled on Thursday. The reply was "OK, I see it now," followed by another message reminding me that the deposit was nonrefundable even though I never asked for a refund. For a company that books outdoor park events, having zero flexibility for weather something customers cannot control is not customer-focused and reflects poor business practices. The lack of flexibility combined with the tone of communication made the entire experience very disappointing. read more

Our first time ordering a Game Truck it was hot inside the Game Truck the guy said the AC was on yet he had a little tiny fan blowing on him . I have never been so disappointed in a business until now. I had my son's 13-year-old birthday party and got a truck from three until 5 PM. The main reason that I ordered the truck even though it was fairly very expensive, this was a milestone for my son and I wanted to do it, so fort nite was the main reason to get the truck . They also advertise music, but music was not able to be played at first because of no service which is totally unacceptable since it was advertised which was one of the reasons that made me go with his company.I called on today which is Monday and the party was on Saturday I did not want to get myself worked up during the party so I decided to wait till the next business day. I spoke with about a gentleman named David and I told him that I had some issues in regards to the truck on Saturday. Instead of allowing your customer to make a complaint to you, you immediately got in defensive mode and I had to stop him and tell him that he didn't even know what my issue was and I think he needs to just listen to that first.I told him what the problem was and he justified both situations and then made it as if my money was nothing. David says we offer music and nobody else does so that's why we advertise it but if we don't have Service then we can't play music. Also we tell all of our clients about fortnite upgrade. I am already paying over $400, so why would it be an issue for me to add the d additional for 50 to get what I want. Then David goes to say that it will be in your confirmation email it has it on there. First off a confirmation is after you've already paid A deposit on something I knew nothing in regards to fortnite, not being included. I have never been so disgusted with the company like I am now, I am livid. And I told him that first off I paid over four hundred dollars and David stated you act like you're playing something any different what anybody else has. That made me furious , like Who cares what you pay everybody pays there like money is free money is given her money is not worked for. I had to hang up with him because they care nothing about their customers and anything everybody on here can share this I have never been treated this way and I would never treat my own customers this way who are paying me with their money that they were put in for service I'm supposed to provide. 0 stars read more

Booked the event in advance, paid deposit. The day of the party, 15 minutes until scheduled start time, no game truck. I thought, "oh, maybe there is traffic" since the event was at 5:30pm on a weekday. 5:33, still nothing. I call, he says he has nothing in the schedule. I tell him I paid my deposit and have a confirmation email. He tells me he has bad reception and will call me right back. He calls back and tells me that the first truck they sent out had a blow out on the way over so it had to turn around and the other one is on its way, but will be nearly an hour late. Fine. I have 6 and 7 year olds running around my house waiting on it and excited. While I'm waiting for the truck, I pull up my confirmation email to make sure I didn't make a mistake. I also use the link on it to check my status and read up on the details. They were supposed to call me 5-7 days ahead of the event date to confirm again. They did not. They were supposed to call the day of the party to let me know they were on their way. They did not. Oh, and they didn't have all of the games they had displayed in the truck as being there... My son picked the one he wanted to play off of the display that was up to choose from, they didn't have it. It was the only Star Wars game. Bottom line, they forgot about me. It happens, right? My issue is that I was lied to and they offered nothing- maybe 30 extra minutes with the truck or a discount. Nothing. They were 50 minutes late so my son's best friend got exactly 12 minutes in it before he had to leave. He and my son were upset. I emailed later to tell them all this. Nothing. No response. If you are going to hire a game truck, do not hire Game Truck Arlington. read more
