They showed up every day, usually early, and worked very hard each day, finishing on schedule despite inclement weather. They had all the latest equipment to get the job done perfectly- it was a big patio and they addressed all of our concerns about drainage. They were very organized, worked as a team, and were very pleasant to work with. When the job was complete they re-loamed and re-seeded the lawn that was damaged by the big trucks. PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY!!!!…read more On 6/28/2023 at 7:40 am I arrived home from work to J Bonin Tree Services LLC cutting down some of my neighbors trees, that's when I noticed the workers had their tolls laying on my lawn, I asked them nicely to please remove them and stay off the grass as the grass was only 3 weeks old, they removed the tools and I went on my way, shortly after his crew suffered a hydrolic line spill, unknown to me some of this fluid wound up on my newly planted grass, the crew never knocked on my door to inform me, while watering my lawn on 6/30/2023 I noticed the oil spill and burnt grass, I immediately contacted J Bonin Tree Services LLC, I began to speak with their secretary who was trying to explain to me they were not responsible because I signed a contract, I then explained to her I was the neighbor and yes they are responsible for the damage to my grass as they had no permissions from me. This is when a man jumped on the line addressing himself as Jack Bonin, owner of the Company, he then began to say and I quote " I will come over there and fuck up your plants and burn down your house" then proceeded to hang up on me. At this point I have contacted my local authorities Sturbridge, MA Police, an officer arrived took my statement and said he would speak with Mr. Bonin and what is it I want from this? I told the officer he could start with an apology and then we could discuss repairs. Mr. Bonin told authorities he had nothing to say to me and that I could bring him to court if he wanted me to pay, this is all over a 4'×5' section of grass his crew killed with their oil spill. So as it stands I will go to the court house on next available day 7/3/2023 and file said appropriate paperwork and also file a complaint to Mr. Bonin's threat to burn my house down, so if you don't want any problems with this company or your neighbors I would not hire this Company , ​

Every year my lawn was getting decimated by heat, grubs, etc. I was wasting time and money as the treatments I was putting on my lawn were not getting properly watered in. The amount of effort it took every year to get my lawn back was getting to be too much. So this year, I just had an irrigation system installed in my 1 acre yard by Mike Lynch Enterprises and I couldn't have been happier with the job that was done at my home. Mike and his team gave me a very competitive price, everything was documented in the quote. They even provided spec sheets for all of their top of the line products (pipe, fittings, heads, etc.). They arrived the day of the install bright and early and were literally in and out by a little after lunch time. What a GREAT group of guys !!! Mike clearly explained the process and the installation from start to finish leaving no stone unturned. There was hardly any clean up required at all when they left, you barely knew they were here. We were on the early side which with our luck was also the day of that freak snowstorm in May. I contacted them to change delivery at the last minute, and they did with no problem. We needed more after the first delivery and called kind of in a panic, and they again were VERY accommodating. The mulch was perfect, good price, with no plastic or debris that I noticed. We had that happen with another company. After the summer hit full swing we decided to install irrigation for a new lawn. Having had such a good experience with everything else we added MLE into the quotes we were getting for irrigation. Their quote was not the most expensive by far and not the least expensive either, but it seemed like we would have better materials and more attention to detail with MLE. They came when they said they were going to, accommodated my schedule, I could not be there on the initial date. Coordinating three separate contractors to get the whole landscape done was a challenge, but I enjoyed working with Mike and Barbara to get our project done perfectly.
