I'm military and been to this club before a couple times with some friends and had a great time. Recently went in and kind of feel like one of the dancers tried to rip me off. Some Asian I think went by Trina who I got a dance from and was interested in champagne room VIP. She said we would have more fun if I paid her through her phone instead of through the club. Then when I hesitated she said we can do anything you want baby if you pay through app. I got VIP before and paid through the club every time and never had an issue so was wondering why she wanted me to pay through app so bad. She just said that club gets too much money off it if I pay through the club and I felt like something was up so I declined and just went with another girl. This is my reason for 2 stars. We just went in for quick break from work and this place is gheto. Most of the girls are overweight and have cellulite everywhere. Thats a fact. There is a section8 right behind the club so that gives you an idea of the kind of people who go in. Within maybe 3 minutes of walking in we got bombarded by girls who were desperate and even told us that the other customers in there were cheap regulars who didnt have any money. The drinks were watered down, but you can tell the bartender was only working with what they were given and they were trying to do a good job. The dancers were always extremely friendly, regardless of how much money i spent (which usually wasnt much). They had a $10 bucket of beer deal as well, that came four beers of your choice. You can expect your typical over priced ATM. Very military friendly. Private dances are over priced. $50 for one song! Terrible experience. I got in for $6 on a Saturday night with my military ID--I am 22. We called ahead and they said underage is $10 with military ID. We got there and they said it was $20 for all underage, including a friend who was there and 19. Then, 20 minutes of sitting around with nobody coming up to us, we get hassled by a supposed "2 drink minimum." I insisted I would drink, but give me a little bit. She kept pushing until we argued, then I got up to leave. She stormed off and reported to the manager. They bickered, looked at me, then she told him to tell me that I have to buy them. After seeing many other girls sitting and not coming up to us, we left. It was awkward, all of the staff was rude. Babes was the first strip club that I ever stepped foot into and I'm glad that I had. For the last 4 years I've been visiting all the strip clubs in Pensacola and this is by far the best one.
