Beautiful restaurant with delicious food. Service was great, didn't feel rushed. We had the ceviche, flounder, wedge salad, whipped feta, and calamari. Everything was good. Definitely recommend.

really special dinner! Our waiter was so nice and attentive. he took the time to talk us through the menu, show us pictures, give us recommendations, and really made us feel special. My favorite dishes were the oysters (so fresh and delicious) and the fried red snapper collar. That sauce was sooooo good. The fish meat was so fresh and flaky. The interior is very nice and antique vintage-y

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a sweet hostess and led to our table. The atmosphere is decorated beautifully. The lamps on the table have different settings to help with ambiance. And the food was some of the best we've had since moving to Florida! My 8 year old and I shared the ribeye audit was cooked to medium rare perfection. My other son got the kids grilled shrimp and it was cooked well too, which usually doesn't happen with kids meals. We also celebrated my hubby's birthday and they brought out the cutest dessert and drew a design my kids are now obsessed with. We cannot recommend this place enough!

PEARL & HORN Walk into this place in Pensacola and you get the feeling someone cared about every detail. The room is eclectic part oyster bar, part art piece, part late-night cocktail den. Start with the champagne and tequila because the bar program here doesn't mess around. Then comes the star of the show: the Murder Point oysters. Salty, cold, and so good they make you pause for a second like you just heard a great line in a movie. Now here's the cool part. The whole concept behind the place actually has a story. The "Pearl" represents the beauty that comes out of the oyster, while the "Horn" comes from a Georgian drinking tradition where people toast with a horn-shaped vessel called a kantsi a nod to Chef George's roots and the culture of big toasts and hospitality. The restaurant itself blends land and sea on the menu fresh Gulf oysters alongside steaks and wild meats kind of like the Gulf Coast met Eastern Europe over a good bottle of wine. If you're a seafood lover, the oyster program here is serious business. They source oysters from the Gulf Coast and beyond, building a raw bar lineup that's meant to be explored like a tasting tour of the ocean. And when the service is this sharp friendly without hovering it ties the whole experience together.

After hearing so much about this restaurant, we had a chance to try it and we had a great experience. Food was delicious, pricey but very tasty. They have a great variety of dishes, drinks, appetizers, etc. so many options. Unfortunately our reservation was for 7:30pm on a Saturday and they were able to get our table ready almost around 8pm, bar was full so we just had to wait. It was very busy and food took some time. Dishes can easily be shared. The environment is great, interesting decoration, plenty of tables but kind of close to each other, different areas.

Server was Chuck and he gave us excellent service throughout the meal. We enjoyed it so much in fact we are trying George's next. Although this is definitely a preferable location given its adjacency to downtown Pensacola. The drinks were outstanding. Everyone raved about the scallops. I will definitely be re-ordering the crab avocado salad. It was off the charts. The mushrooms and brussels sprouts were amazing. and the Australian ribeye was delicious. My husband felt it was the best steak he's had. I had some fatty pieces so i wasn't as enthused but the good pieces I had were absolutely delicious melt in your mouth. Obviously, we had a dessert for my birthday and that was a sweet treat! peanut butter chocolate dessert. Maybe a torte? I thoroughly enjoyed it and just overall had a great evening here. The booth was so comfortable and the restaurant is appointed to a degree you don't frequently find in this part of the country. It was very tastefully done. We'll for sure be back and look forward to trying the pearl side next time!

Had a reservation and sat at a small table for two it was up away from other tables so not cramped. Inside was very cool and fancy casual if that is a thing. The pork belly was cooked well and had lots of flavor. The scallops were kinda a miss, as much as the plate was there were only four scallops to enjoy. The addition of all the spaghetti squash and parsnip puree sweet potato slivers were majority of the plate and the scallops were well cooked. There could have been like two more servings of scallop and less fru-fru. The red snapper was a good, well cooked whole fish. One side was missed on the descaling, not end of the world but no fun getting scales and a bite. Dessert was a let down as well. Key lime pie cheese came was literally key lime pie on top of cheese cake. And I am really getter tired of "special flavor" creme brulee, why reinvent the wheel...the sugar crust was robust but the filling was more like a pudding not a strong set custard. No flavor of "earl grey" was noted. I did appreciate the use of real vanilla beans as the seed flecks were at the bottom of the ramekin. Our server was nice and there was a good wine selection. I'll give it some time and maybe they will update to a summer menu or fall before we go back

Alesha is a great server with a great personality, extremely knowledgeable and about the menu and the bar. There were 4 of us with me the food allergies and plus a plant based non meat/fish eater. Alesha took time to get all my allergies and helped keep the chef informed. Although I had spoken with Trevor the day before because of cautious review my order had to be changed due to my soy allergy. Nothing that came to the table that night was a disappointment. My dinner along with my dinner mates meal all enjoyed ever bit. The. Appetizer was oysters on a half shell with very taste sauces even the horse radish sauce was pleasant per report. The drinks were refreshing and excellent. The mixologist at the bar did a fantastic job Due to an error in our bar orders we were actually provided our first order on the house. An unexpected but much appreciated sign of impeccable service. The Citrus Ginger Salad was very good, it contains chick peas, Quinoa and a whole lot more. The grilled asparagus was crisp, just a hint of salt and no strings and not tough It was a very satisfying meal choice My dinner mates ordered calamari, grilled shrimp scallops and a few of the specials. Every dish was served with a flourish and with great flavor, Alesha continued to provide excellent service through our last bites of food. I'm looking forward to my next opportunity to visit again.

Best restaurant in Pensacola!! I've sat at the bar and in the restaurant, and both spots have had excellent service. The bartenders are awesome and will make you great off the menu drinks if you ask them to surprise you. The food is incredible, the fried snapper collar is the best fish dish I've ever had light and flaky with the best sauce to dip it in! I have had both the pappardelle and the short rib! If they have the short rib special get it!!! It's AMAZING! The desserts are delicious, tuxedo cake is a must!! Inside can get loud as it fills up, but it's warm and cozy with a lot of greenery around! Bathrooms are lit!

This place is special. Stopped by after dropping family off at the airport b/c we've heard the hype and boy did it live up to it. Sat at the bar, which is recommended. Emerson and his staff are ridiculously knowledgeable. The service is excellent. The menu is imaginative. Such a perfect dining experience soup to nuts. Well done, P/H!!!

Pearl & Horn for the birthday dinner -- amazing as always!! We started things off right with raw oysters + a crisp glass of Domaine Jo Landron "Amphibolite" Muscadet 2022 (because balance... and a little luxury) Main course was the filet (of course) paired with a shared bottle of Château Le Boscq Saint-Estèphe Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel 2018 Rich, bold, and exactly the kind of energy the night deserved And just when we thought it couldn't get better... enter the chocolate cake. Delectable doesn't even begin to cover it Pearl & Horn stays on repeat for a reason -- the atmosphere, the service, the whole experience... top tier every single time And a special shoutout to our server, Kerianne, who made the night even more perfect

    Tipsy Oyster

This is my third visit to Pearl and Horn, and it is officially a must-visit when I'm visiting the area. The oysters, cocktails, and entrees are all incredible. My parties have had at least 8 different oyster dishes there during our visits, over the course of a year, and never had a bit of shell or grit. They're perfectly shucked and delicious every time. This evening, we came in for oysters and cocktails only and were fortunate to have George S. as our server. He was so kind, thoughtful, attentive, and knowledgeable. He had multiple recommendations that we took and were so grateful for. Will be back, will be requesting George, and will be continuing to order all the oysters!!

First the place is amazing. It is beautiful. Even the restroom was immaculate. Our server, Alicia was amazing. This was my first time going there, and the food was amazing and her service is amazing. She was very attentive. She knew the menu very well and what impressed me the most was her clever comebacks to our jokes. I loved her energy. Again the food was amazing. I had the Rockefeller oysters and asparagus. They were delicious. I tried a piece of the brussel sprouts and the scallops again a delicious item. My dessert was a chocolate cake and it was exquisite. Definitely going back highly recommend 10 out of 10

Where do I even begin?…read more We had our wedding at Garden & Grain this weekend and it was absolutely flawless. I have to start with the most important parts of our day which were Cara & Jadyn, our event coordinators and Nick & Jesse, our bartenders. Cara and Jadyn were literal earth-movers and magic makers. These two helped us get everything decorated and torn down with absolute ease (and we had an awful lot of decor we brought in.) By the time we moved into the ceremony, Jadyn was everywhere ensuring we started when we were ready, the guests were ready for us to enter, and just made us feel so at ease. We heard from so many guests that they didn't even realize the chairs got moved from the garden into the grainhouse between because it was so fast and flawlessly executed. These folks were so stealthy bringing 75 chairs between different spaces. Bravo. Our caterer was just arriving as we were about the walk the aisle. We had no idea the chaos that was ensuing behind the scenes that Jadyn and the team worked out as quickly as possible and without our guests even recognizing there was a delay in the start time of the food service. Obviously catering is a huge part of the day, and it would have been so stressful had we realized they were 30+ minutes behind. The execution of our wedding could not have happened flat out without these two wonderful people. We are so grateful for you both, Cara and Jadyn. You deserve all the praise in the world and are absolutely amazing event coordinators. Oh, and Jadyn, thanks for never letting us have a drink less than half full - your impeccable attention to detail is what every event coordinator should strive for. Now, the other critical aspect to a wedding is bar service. Nick and Jesse had those drinks flowing non stop all night. There was never a guest waiting in line or without a drink from before the ceremony to last moments. Our guests were complimenting all night on how amazing the bar service was. We are a family with one side from New Orleans, we know how to party and going into it with 2 bartenders for 75 people who know how to have a good time was an anxiety for us, but there was not a single mishap in the bar service and we couldn't have asked for a better experience for our guests or us. Not to mention, every time I looked at Nick or Jesse, they were both smiling and so happy to be there with us - it meant a lot to feel like your vendors were a part of your wedding. The space lent itself so naturally to our ceremony and reception. It was beautiful, cozy, clean, and just 100% our vibe. Our guests also complimented all night on what a cool venue we had. If you're thinking about booking an event, particularly a wedding here, don't hesitate. There's not a dang thing I would change about Garden & Grain, Perfect Plain and the people they had assisting us and our guests throughout the event. Being able to look back and see how smoothly things ran is every Bride's dream, and without a doubt you will have the same experience that we did here. Thank you G & G/Perfect Plain/Perennial Hospitality for the amazing experience on our wedding date. You have no idea what this meant to us. It means even more to feel that you guys actually enjoyed being there with us. Pat yourselves on the back and know that you are shining examples of what a wedding venue is supposed to operate like. Cheers to you guys, thank you once again for everything!

We started with the fried green tomatoes. Amazing. We've been on a .mission to find the best Fried Green Tomatoes and these might just be the tops in the south! They came out piping hot, crispy (not soggy) on the outside, firm green tomatoes on the inside. The microgreens, balsamic drizzle with dollop of goat cheese elevated this dish even further. The blackened Mahi fish tacos were so incredibly flavorful and fresh. I loved that everything is fresh and made in-house. The shells, the mango salsa, the chipotle sauce and the blackened Mahi were all so fresh and worked so well together. My family got the margarita flatbread pizza and caprese salad. The flatbread pizza was crispy, light and fresh. The caprese came with a wonderful pesto that accompanied the garden ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and balsamic. The service was a little swamped (stressed) as they were super busy during a weekday lunch. However, they were hustling and working hard to serve us... so can't really complain. Really can't say enough about this place. Great views from the pier, incredibly fresh food with a crew striving to take care of its patrons. One of the best places we've eaten at in the area.
