However, the dental hygienist who was also very friendly but I did not appreciate her telling me that I have gum disease. I have great gums. I am a faithful flosser and was told that I only should floss once a day VS my twice. I have great teeth and thus have changed Dental Offices because of her.

The dental hygienists are great (I see Kelly and Carrie). The office is friendly, usually on time, and they are diligent in trying to keep your costs to a minimum if you do not have insurance. There is a new receptionist there and she is very nice as well. The only thing that they do not have, that the Dentist had that I went to in Whiterock, is a TV on the ceiling. I do miss that, but they do have postcards up there that you can look at. I would not hesitate to recommend this office and these dentists.

September 24, 2021 was THE worst dental hygiene appointment experience EVER!!! The original appt…read more was to be for Oct. 15, 2021 @ 9:15 am. I received a call to come in earlier due to a cancellation. Great, I thought... NOT!!! Kamel ( I think was her name) spent a lot of time talking and not doing much. When the assistant came to write down the 1,2,3,4 numbers, NOTHING had been done yet!!! After she left, a lot more time was spent talking and struggling with the equipment, as well as the computer at the end. At the end of the appt., I was told that I would have to come back because only 1/4 of the cleaning had been done with NO polishing of what had been done. I felt like I was being kicked out of the chair for no reason! When I got to the reception area to pay the bill was $192.00 for 1/4 of a cleaning job with NO polishing job. What person in their RIGHT MIND would pay for that kind of NON-SERVICE???
