No-nonsense, straight to the point and very professional... these are the words I would use to…read moredescribe Ms. Deeba Anwari and her legal team. I came to United state in 2014 and I had really complicated immigration case which my case was lost and none of USCIS office could locate my case, Ms, Anwari suggest to file lawsuit and in between 6 months I got my green card approval notice and I was very relieved and pleased when I found that Ms. Anwari not only very knowledgeable in their field but also welcomed any and all questions I had, having an open-communication policy with their clients regarding every step. Thanks to her and her legal team. Needless to say, if my family and friends ever , had any immigration concern ,I would definitely suggest Ms. Anwari office again, and I would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for representation. She knows her business and she is very good at it.

Dear All, If you…read morewant an immigration lawyer, this firm should not be in your list of consideration. Yes, they're cheap in consideration to other firms, but they will make the process three times longer than it should be. I had two horrible experience with this firm. The first time I hired them to apply for a visit visa for my mother and sister, the visa got denied and they did not do a simple follow up to what was the reason of the denial. The second time I hired them to sponsor my mother as a U.S citizen. I visited her in her office and explained her the urgency of our situation as my mother was alone in Afghanistan and we asked her to be accurate as we don't want to delay the process. She said ok and we will do our best, I signed the contract with her. But as soon as I got home, she sent me a Fiancé form and asked me to provide information about my wife, and I am not even married! I asked her to send me the correct file as I am filing for my mother and two days later, she sent me the correct documents. Then she filed my mother's case, but she did not send my brother's birth certificate to USCIS, she just sent the Afghan Taskira despite the USCIS specifically asking for a birth certificate. We got a missing document from the USCIS and asking for the birth certificate. We asked her again to send our birth certificate and it delayed the process another two months, this was all in 2019. When she filed our DS 260, she made mistakes in our father's date birth and his name, this would have caused more delays if my father was alive. when covid hit, not once she followed up with us or the NVC to look for alternatives, we were chasing her over the phone and emails, and she would reply back after two or three days. we wanted her to send an expedite request NVC due to my mother's situation, but not once she followed up with NVC or sent the expedition request, (this was when Jeo Biden got elected and all the bans were lifted). Then Afghanist fall in hands of Taliban, during this time, not once she sent us email or followed with NVC for my mother's visa pass for evacuations, she returned my call two weeks later. We received an email from the NVC stating that "there are no U.S consulate in Kabul anymore, please transfer your case to a third country" she was copied in that email, but not once she consulted with us about a different country, when we called her, she was demanding more money for the transfer. That's when we said enough is enough and we went with a different firm called "Benach Collopy LLP" Sarah Pitney was our attorney, they actually knew what they were doing. They transferred my mother's case to Pakistan, then filed an expedition request with NVC, followed up with them, she got our expedition approved. We got a visa interview. Sarah would actually follow up with us and was on top of everything. If we had made the right decision from the beginning and had not gone with this attorney, my mother would have been with us, before the covid-19 out break and had not spent three years all alone. So please do not consider her if you want your loved ones to be here soon and don't want any delays in the process. She is not responsive does not have a since of urgency for her clients. The process itself is stressful and lengthy, she makes it more stressful and even more lengthy. She made the process too long that it had affected our mental health. If I could give her no stars I would have, the firm is not even deserving of one star.
