We came here with both of our parents. We wanted them to see their grand baby in 3D/4D. We got the "Oh Baby" package and we were very happy with it! The room had very comfortable seats for the visitors and a comfy area for mom. The ultra sound tech did an amazing job with pointing out baby features. My bad experience was only because I went in not knowing how far along I was because I couldn't get an appointment soon enough with primary care Dr. and was excited to find out sooner! They told me I was 8w while my ultra sound photo printed 6w very confusing and I called to explain my situation and I'd like a new print with correct gestational age and they refused suggesting I repurchase a scan. I had another great visit at Baby bump studios today! I've been coming here for years with each of my pregnancies, and it's always such a friendly, welcoming, and cute place. Every visit is something I look forward to. For this pregnancy, I also did the early gender blood test, which they offer here, and then I came back for my third ultrasound. Today's visit was extra special because I got to see my baby moving around and received a ton of pictures to take home! I even ended up leaving with two adorable keychains with her image on them. I also bought a fetal doppler, which I'm so excited about! It's such a relief to be able to hear my baby's heartbeat at home--it gives me peace of mind between visits. I came here for my 6 week ultra sound and sneek peek gender test. The staff was amazing especially Angie. They made me very comfortable and made the whole experience a overall joy. She made sure the gender was hidden in an envelope and no one was able to see screen while she looked for gender. Super sweet throughout the whole process. Even with the gender reveal package they give you a 2 week app. To confirm and you don't even have to pay again. They have confetti poppers for your gender reveal for $15 which isn't bad. This is my second review. I had went in a few days ago to do an anatomy scan which is a very detailed scan. They take pictures of the organs, the heart, the brain, bone measurements, the cerebrum and cerebellum... it's very very detailed test. It was $130 and the ultrasound was almost an hour long. Well I just got my results back and let me tell you this was a complete waste of money! The results only stated the heart beat, the weight, and basically just confirmed I'm pregnant. The results said nothing about any of the pictures taken, nothing about the progress of my baby's development, and was a complete waste of money. On top of it, management says they can't answer any questions about the HOUR long appointment that I had with them discussing any of the results. I have the same answers I had before coming in and I'm now $130 out of pocket. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. If you don't like my review, then as a business owner, I dont understand why you wouldn't want to make this right? PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I PAID $130 FOR? You know what is unfair? My ultra sound was bad at best, I was told I wasn't pregnant and the picture didn't show much I was told because of that reason. A few days later I had a ultra sound that showed the baby. The technician was very patient, kind and tried her best. They also offer a mommy care kit you can sign up for and it takes your insurance to cover the cost. When I got my package through the mail, I was surprised what my insurance covers. I got a breast pump, 2 pairs of compression socks, a back brace to wear after delivery, limb compression device for your legs, and a post-partum support belt(the same one you find on Amazon). If you go to this location ask about the mommy care kit. It was easy to sign up with and items received were useful. Overall I recommend this place. read more
