I'm having a girl!!:,) and I'm so grateful to have found out so early at 13 weeks with their early gender reveal ultrasound package. I will admit I was super skeptical at first that they would be able to get the gender right so early but these ladies know exactly what they are doing! I forgot the name of the girl that did my ultrasound but she's in the photo I uploaded. She was so warm, sweet, and congratulated me at least 5 times. She made me feel super comfortable as well as my family. I asked her if she could please keep the gender a secret from me and give the results to my sister who was in the room with us because I was going to find out at my gender reveal party. She also made me feel super confident that she knew what the gender was right away which made the whole experience even more exciting. I am so grateful for this experience! I can't even put into words what an absolute amazing person Te'i is. From the second I walked into the building we were greeted by wonderful Te'i and her excitement for us just made me extremely excited and comfortable. We had just experienced a miscarriage recently, so these visits are a little nerve recking for us and Te'i made every nerve go right away. We then went into the room and the way she talked to us, shared our excitement with us, and explained everything was so above and beyond. I am not even lying when I say I have tears in my eyes writing this because I have never experienced a stranger who cared for us as much as she did. She is someone so extremely special and rare. My entire family left and all made comments on how extremely special and loved she made us all feel when we were all such a nervous wreck just thirty minutes before. Not only will I be returning just for Te'i specially but I will recommend her to anyone and everyone who needs that comfort and compassion that Te'i provided for us today. I've been to both locations now and honestly it's been a 10/10 experience every time. I usually don't write reviews on Yelp, but I had to for this place because of all my amazing experiences. Every tech I've worked with has been amazing. They've gone above and beyond to make mama feel comfortable and to ensure a great experience. Today I went to the Riverside location and was fortunate enough to work with Karen and her students. Initially babygirl wasn't in the best position for photos but Karen went above and beyond to get the picture perfect position for me. She was so attentive, patient, and kind. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it for any mamas wanting to their their babies! I've also done the sneak peak here to see baby's gender early on which was awesome. Extremely annoyed. I made an appointment for a certain time and due to lack of time management on their part I didn't get to do my appointment. My appointment was for 12:30 pm. When I was there they were doing a gender reveal. Then they took another appointment before us. We scheduled our day based on how they say they run their time policies and they honestly showed no empathy for the fact that I had to cancel my appointment due to this. I was really looking forward to my appointment and had to end the your disappointed. Late Edit: Natalie called us the same day to figure out what exactly happened. Thankfully she heard us out and made accommodations for us to go back with different technicians. That appointment was the best experience by far. I went quite frequently during my pregnancy one because the baby had a heart issue early on in the pregnancy & two because I loved seeing my son. This place is my absolute FAVORITE for getting ultrasounds! My obgyn doesn't do very many ultrasounds so I found this gem of a place and have been going frequently. October 20th, 2023: This review may be almost a year later, but I can't thank New Life Ultrasound enough for the wonderful hospitality, cozy environment & amazing staff for my 1st and only 3D Ultrasound experience. My boyfriend & I wanted to show our family & most importantly, my son, his sibling, growing inside my belly. I told the technician we were waiting until birth to find out if we were having a boy or a girl (spoiler alert, we had a BOY) and she did a wonderful job asking us to all close our eyes so she could find the baby's position. We got to keep the whole ultrasound on a USB, got some photos printed out ( still on my fridge), and I bought a cow stuffed animal with his heartbeat !!! Can't wait for my next pregnancy. I love this place. The staff is super friendly, they really make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I had my gender reveal here and I had about 15 people with me. They were very accommodating. The baby wasn't cooperating with the 3D ultrasound so they had me come another day with no extra charge. My mother in law bought the package that bring a teddy bear of your choice with your baby's heartbeat recording on it. I had an accident with mine and the heartbeat got deleted. I called the office and at no extra charge they re-recorded the heartbeat. They were super nice about it and not judgmental at all. Love the staff, definitely recommend. read more

It's so cute inside, very clean, comfortable and the staff is amazing! We went on a Saturday evening and I totally forgot the girls name but she was so patient and made the experience everything I hoped for.
