The tech said was double booked and was not notified by the scheduling department. They only have one MRI and one CT. No place to sit and no AC. At no point during check-in did the receptionist notify me or any other patients that they were running late. He was running over an hour and 45 minutes behind. This place and their scheduling department have ZERO respect for others and their time. I will definitely not be coming back to this location and will spread the word. Dos NOT schedule here unless you are looking to wait for 3 hours or more.

I must say I was very pleasantly surprised! Check in was very welcoming and friendly. I had completed all my forms prior to this visit on their very convenient online portal and all they needed were a couple of signatures. I was instructed to come in earlier than my noon appointment, which I did at 11:40 am. I didn't wait long when I was called back right at noon! The sweet technician, Heidi, brought me back, she did the scans and it was over in a jiffy. It's puzzling but those bad reviews must have been on off days. I was treated with nothing but respect and received outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to return here. Many thanks to the wonderful staff!

What made the situation worse was that they eventually refused to see him at all, accusing him of being "hostile," which was completely untrue. He was simply asking to be seen in a reasonable timeframe like everyone else. It felt like they were looking for an excuse to turn him away rather than provide care. The way he was treated felt unfair and, honestly, discriminatory. No patient should be made to feel disrespected or singled out like that. Healthcare offices should treat all patients with dignity, respect, and fairness. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I would not recommend this office.

I spoke with Ralfjohn Dario, who assured me from the beginning that the Redlands location did offer it. Based on that assurance, I spent over 40 minutes on the phone, sent in my doctor's order, and sat through repeated holds while he supposedly worked on scheduling the appointment. After all of that, he finally told me I would actually have to go to La Jolla for the test. This was a complete waste of my time and could have been avoided if accurate information had been provided at the start. Patients should not have to spend nearly an hour on the phone, submit medical orders, and be repeatedly placed on hold only to be told the opposite of what they were assured at the beginning of the call. This experience showed a serious lack of competence, communication, and respect for patients' time. I would not recommend relying on this office for accurate scheduling information.

Neither department would take ownership of my health, and because they refused to communicate with each other, my organ damage was completely ignored. To make matters worse, they just kept referring me to physical therapy because the endometriosis was causing radiating lower back pain--which it currently still is. They were trying to treat a muscle spasm while completely missing the fact that a disease was actively choking my kidney.After my recent MRI, RUHS left me completely in limbo with zero follow-up appointments to explain my results. Dr. Farkouh is an unsung hero. He stepped in, thoroughly reviewed my MRI, and broke the news that deep endometriosis had severely compromised my bladder and kidney. He immediately prioritized my life, coordinated my labs, and ordered an emergency catheter to drain my kidney and relieve the dangerous pressure. He treated me with the respect and urgency that every other doctor at this facility lacked.Unfortunately, the rest of the RUHS staff proved how broken this hospital is. The Interventional Radiology department blindsided me with a same-day catheter placement without telling me in advance, leaving me completely unprepared. Following the procedure, the hospital totally abandoned me. The office never called to check on me, never scheduled a follow-up, and never arranged for anyone to change my surgical dressings.
