This bbq place is amazing! The restaurant is not big in the inside but pretty roomy. Our server was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our ordered came fast, warm, and so delicious. The BBq was fell of the bone, the steak was generous and my son really enjoyed it. I had Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and green beans, and my daughters had their burgers and mac and cheese. Everything that we ordered including our appetizer (fried pickle and fried mozzarella cheese) were so good and exactly what we need for our dinner that night! Also, we came close to The Masters event so their dessert was dedicated for the masters, which was peach ice cream pie that was mouthwatering amazing ice cream pie! All kids were serve ice cream with chocolate chips cookie or sugar cookie post dinner....jealous! I wish we have this place in Charleston, SC but it will be a good excuse to come back to GA and visit the Mistletoe state park then Baby Jo's !

    Ribeye with baked potatoe.

Food was delicious! Small seating area so get there at 5:00 or you'll have a wait. But worth waiting for. Fast service and excellent waitresses. Our group had the ribeye, Bbq chicken, Salisbury steak, nachos and cheeseburger. Everything was delicious. Prices were not bad!

    Red Velvet Cake!

Such delicious food and great service! Everything is prepared and cooked fresh. The fried pickles and jo Jo's shrimp is delicious! Highly recommend the pork chop (special) ribeye steak or ribs! But honestly everything on the menu is delicious! Super closer to Mistle Toe state park so it's very convenient if camping or coming off the lake. Open Thursday thru Saturday evenings.

Well, I didn't have the green beans or the desserts they are known for - but, what we did have to eat was outstanding!!! While camping - our group usually tries to find a local establishment nearby to the campground to experience some local fare. Since Baby Jo's is on the road leading to the campground we decided to take a chance on it. With rave reviews garnered from the campground hosts we went on a Thursday evening. The staff was professional while adding their local charm. We were seated quickly and the food arrived in a timely manner. The catfish was ordered by 2 in our party along with a pulled pork plate, a salad with grilled chicken (no picture taken - it was on the furtherest end of our table and I wanted to get to the eating part of the night) and I had the grilled shrimp. Sides included side salads, fries, sweet tater soufflé, and their signature smoked Mac & Cheese... No let letdowns here! The portion sizes were just right with some leftovers being brought back to the RV's. The price was spot on for the meals we enjoyed. Needless to say - it we're ever back in this area we'll be back eating at Baby Jo's!!! Remember - Thursday, Friday and Saturday 5-8...

I ordered the Australian Wagyu , it was okay, tasty but not tender. The side faux potato was awful. My partners pork chop was better. The crème brûlée was the best part. I'm still wondering if I would have preferred one of the specials. For the price of this meal I can go to other places such as Frog & Hen, or Cork & Flame, and get the crumbs scraped off my tablecloth with a knife. Sorry, but when a customer arrives expecting to pay top dollar for a meal, they expect the meal, the service and the atmosphere to be too notch as well. Brinkleys didn't hit that mark.

They have a valet system, so no worries about parking. Staff have been very professional and friendly, so 5/5 stars for that. I ordered the 8oz filet mignon, medium rare. Steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly! It came with asparagus and mashed potatoes covered in a crispy layer of batter, which all complimented the steak well. I tried their tuna tartare, which had an interesting take on what the tuna was served on. I've always been used to tuna tartare being accommodated with bread, but this was sushi rice compacted and covered in some light batter. Felt like I was eating tuna sushi. Apply some of the sauces it comes with and seriously was fantastic. I also got to try 4oz of their Japanese A5 Wagyu. Super expensive; $80 dollars for four ounces, but worth the experience. You cook the thin pieces over a hot stone and apply some of the seasonings like salt it comes with. I cooked each side for about 30 seconds, sprinkled some salt, and it melted in my mouth! I ended my meal with their carrot cake and it was moist, not overly sweet, and had a great savory taste. I really enjoyed my time here and certainly will be back again. There is a bar and at the back of the restaurant, you can see the baseball field. Restrooms were clean, but only one stall from what I've seen in the men's room. Overall 5/5 steak house experience.

The ambiance is nice. The menu offers several types of oysters, as well as about ten small plates and ten large plates. We split a frito misto, which included calamari, okra and Cod. We split a half dozen oysters to start and they were perfect. We chose to enjoy 3 of two types of the oysters from their selection. I could've easily had many more. We made the decision to split three of the dishes off the snacks at the top of their menu, which was plenty enough for two of us to share along with the oysters. We had the chicken thighs which were juicy and full of flavor. The brussels sprouts with the goat cheese and balsamic glaze was a combination of flavors and texture that were absolutely beautiful. I finished the evening with an adorable birthday dessert, which was a candy bar like dish with Nutella ice cream. The sparkler candle was so cute. We cannot wait to come back to enjoy more oysters, great food, and amazing service. A huge shout out to Nick for helping us make this evening amazing.

Speaking of marinades, my center cut filet arrived as nature intended: completely unseasoned. Salt and pepper are out there, guys. They're not expensive. The cook temp was spot on - medium well, nailed it - so credit where it's due. But a perfectly cooked piece of nothing is still nothing. The grilled mushrooms and onions were... brave. I'm not sure what grill they were introduced to, but it must have been a brief and awkward meeting. Seasoning was also conspicuously absent here, and I'd bet good money those mushrooms started life in a can. They have a certain "institutional" quality that's hard to fake. Or maybe easy to fake, actually. The kids, however, were thrilled with the Sliderz - which tells you something. Either the bar is lower on the kids menu, or my children have better judgment than I gave them credit for. Reasonably priced, which is probably the nicest thing I can say. You get what you pay for - and occasionally, you get less.
