Drs are all bottom of the barrel other wise they wouldn't be in Needles.. I have seen the ER DR's high on drugs.. When I arrived, there were only a couple of people in the waiting room. Before I was ever registered or asked about my symptoms, the receptionist, Holly, told me she was too busy because of other patients and an ambulance. I was told I could either wait until she had time to check me in like in 3 hours or go somewhere else. it was dead only 3 patient. I was never registered, never triaged, and never evaluated by a nurse or doctor. When I later tried to make a complaint, I was told there was no supervisor available who could address my concerns. I left and drove to another emergency room, where I received treatment. Looking back, I'm grateful I made that decision. If my experience is any indication, I would strongly encourage anyone with a serious medical concern to consider driving the extra distance to another emergency department if it's safe to do so. I have filed formal complaints with the hospital and the California Department of Public Health because I believe what happened deserves a full investigation.

I requested a reasonable administrative accommodation to ensure I was not scheduled on the same day as another client with whom I share severe, documented trauma triggers and a history of bullying. Despite knowing my diagnosis of Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), she refused to accommodate this request or ensure our appointments wouldn't overlap on the same days. Ensuring a client feels physically and emotionally safe should be a primary ethical responsibility of any Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Refusing a basic scheduling precaution to protect a client dealing with severe trauma fell far short of that standard. I cannot recommend her services to anyone seeking a truly trauma-informed provider.

First, I called and got the Bullhead City office who then gave me the number to call the Lake Havasu office. When I called them, I asked for the office manager's email so that I could pass on some compliments. She put me on hold while she "hunted down" that information for me. This is a huge corporation with nine offices, their website listing Lake Havasu as their central office. Wouldn't you think their office manager would be easily accessible and maybe even available to chat? In frustration, I called back again and again, trying every single button, choices one through six on their answering system, and at each one I got nowhere! Either "Leave all of your life details here and we will try to get back to you within 24 to 48 hours" OR No answer, "Ring, ring, ring, ring , ring, ring." Yes, I heard the message. If this is an emergency, hang up and call 911. It wasn't an emergency. I won't blame this office for the terrible service that I got at the Bullhead office but I will say that this office APPEARS no better managed and I see already that they have terrible reviews... primarily for the office staff! Ha! Coincidence? As there is clearly confusion among the staff across all offices, I have no doubt that they are all enjoying a good laugh at my expense. Oh, and no one has called me back.
