I've done many enemas, but an enema can't reach that far up. The process takes about 45 minutes. A tube is inserted into your rectum where the water comes out. You will be laying down on a table with a "sink" for waste which has tubes for the waste to flow out. I had purchased a groupon which includes a sauna before your treatment. It is recommended to have at least 3 treatments within a week your first time because it can take a while to blast and wash away that toxic buildup.
