My husband and I found this store through the Nuna website as a verified retailer of Nuna products. It was the closest location to us (about 35 minutes away) where we could see and test Nuna products in person. We were specifically interested in upgrading our 1-year-old from the Nuna PIPA urbn to the Nuna EXEC next since we're also expecting our second baby, and we ultimately purchased it during our visit. In love with this store! But what really made our experience 10/10 was Hanna! Omg first baby needed the full details on the Nunas and we got all of our questions answered. She was so knowledgeable and we did a lot of research. But we found the swiv Nuna and wanted the lx triv. However for our lifestyle the swiv was way better! I'm a coffee mom and I love that the swiv it has a cup holder +360. Also it comes with a rain cover. I would like to highlight Hanna for her help and time. We came in Friday. We came here to look for my new born stroller and accessories. The ambience it's okay and they're in the middle of the shopping center at The Shoppes in Chino Hills. The lady in the counter has a little attitude, at first we asked her if they have Nuna stroller in stock her response was "I don't know" and she continue handling her business without hesitation as if we are not standing there and needed help. We felt uncomfortable and left the store and scratching our head thinking (maybe she's not having a good day) There's other baby store in the area that are more attentive and have better customer service, they could have earned our business I guess we are not coming back here. read more

We came here to purchase wonderfold wagon for our 2 and 4 year old kids. We came to support our local businesses since we are planning to purchase one online anyway and decided to purchased it here the great thing they able to honor our military discount. We also live near by. Unfortunately, this took in a different turn. They have a policy where the item cannot be return if the box is opened. However, we came to pick up the wagon at the same day of purchased and we noticed they put a layer of extra tape to sealed the box properly, we were curious why they taped it up, we examined and open the box in the parking lot and found out it was an opened box. There's some stained on the fabric and it looks dirty. There's no plastic cover on some of items. My wife came back to address the our concern and from the get go the lady in the front acting very strange and insisting this is new even though they can see the item that's in front of them it's obvious that it was opened box. They were convinced at the end they had to order a new one they setup a delivery straight from wonderfold. We were provided a tracking number the following day. On the day of delivery we were tracking our package, somehow it got delayed and later that evening upon checking the tracking again it says it was delivered, however the package is not in our front door, even though it says it was delivered. I address the issue right away to the person that work at the store I believe her name is Jane. She acknowledged my concerned right away and stated she will investigate and contact her sales rep. We waited for days and her last message was we have to contact FedEx and file a claim and we did few day later the response was the package was delivered and we have to contact the shipper. Today I decided to visit the store to rectify the issue. And soon as I came to the door, I saw the same person who sold me the wagon and I talked to her right away. She seems not very happy right off the bat and as I explained my self, she's looked at me some very strange look, very condescending and refuses to acknowledge the issue, her domineer rather hostile, there's customers hearing our conversation and their 7 year old daughter had to translate for her. Ultimately they said a bunch of things that I didn't understand and concluded is not of their concern that I have to deal with FedEx even though the claim has been filed. Please beware purchasing your baby items here of how you will be treated when there's a challenge. I recommend purchasing directly from the manufacture or other authorize dealer that will handle circumstance and better customer service. read more

My hubby found this little shop online, as it was the only place selling and displaying, the Cybex Callisto G 360, & we wanted to check it out. It was about an hour & half from where I live. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, the lady helping was friendly and very helpful. We were there to check it out and we fell in love with it. We purchased it. Found this baby store on Yelp. It was the only store in Inland Empire where I could see, test and check out the quality of baby strollers and car seats. Great selection! Super helpful staff with all the information you could need as a first time mom. We were there for no more then 45 minutes trying out all the options to see what option would work for us. Ended up buying the Nuna TRVL LX with Pipa Urban Car Seat in Granite. Absolutely love our choice and couldn't be more grateful for their patience and attention! Highly recommend!! Oh great price too. They had all the high chairs we were looking for so we were able to compare them in person. We're from LA but no store near us has that inventory so I was surprised when the Stokke Nomi, Tripp Trap and Steps were all available in this store. When I called this place to ask some questions, I originally didn't get a response. I did not leave a voicemail or anything but they still followed up with me to see if they could help me out. I'm so glad they did because they were able to order the car seat I have been waiting to come back in stock for months and it didn't take long before it was ready for pickup. I called on a Tuesday to see if they had the Clek Oobr booster seat in stock; in Southern California it is pretty much sold out everywhere until fall 2021. They kindly told me they didn't. But two days later, an employee named CC called me to let me know that they'd be getting a shipment later that day, in case I was still interested. I was very impressed and appreciative, because they certainly didn't have to reach out to me since I'm fairly certain it would've sold out that same day.
