Previously I was only a customer of the boutique and that was a great experience. Clothes are reasonably priced for their usage. And there's even new with tag options if prefer. However, I recently came by to donate clothes after my baby outgrew her NB and 0-3m clothes and you'd think you'd get a thank you for giving them clothes they profit from but not even that. She took our bag, said she'd take it to the other side and she disappeared. I don't see myself coming back to donate but maybe just to purchase. Maybe. read more

While we were in the hospital with our new baby, Little Bitty came in to offer us the opportunity to purchase a glazed clay impression of our baby's hand and foot prints. I jumped at the chance because we didn't have one from our first born and I had wanted one. It was fairly priced and we had several options to choose from. We were able to match her nursery colors from the options available, and the prints were ready in less than 30 days from the order. There is a text when it is ready to pick up, and another few texts to remind you to come pick up, which I think is great service. Every new mom is juggling how to balance life with a baby no matter how many children she may already have. So gentle reminders are always appreciated. There are a couple of things I would nitpick about with the design and professional look of the finished product, but overall we were very happy with how it came out. read more

This shop is AWESOME all around. Customer service is great. The clothes are washed and ironed before putting them out in the racks which is a plus for parents. I had a great experience brining in some items. This store gives you store credit for your gently used items brought in, not cash. They take up to size 6 for kids clothes and the shop is clean. Not everything is previously used, they also sell a few handmade items from local small businesses (I got an adorable set of sushi printed burp clothes there). My suggestion would be to call before you go in and shop or bring in products because hours do vary. There is no appointment needed to bring in clothes and items but like I said, just call to make sure the store will be open. Also! If you have Instagram they do post products and sales on there too that are new arrivals! read more

Beautiful job, Leigh Ann! We are very pleased My wife went in a few months ago to get a foot/hand print cast of our 2 month old daughter on the recommendation of our neighbor. Leigh Ann was very kind when we all met her and the process only took a minute and our daughter didn't fuss at all. Leigh Ann was very upfront and said the process could take 8-12 weeks to get the finished cast completed and ready for us to pickup. Not only is she in high demand (great quality, experienced and excellent pricing), but the casting process does take a while to bake, set and dry, then paint. Most of the people who've complained on Yelp don't know what is involved with the process, don't pay attention to what she says or don't read the details. Leigh Ann communicates well with her customers so if you have patience, the results are well worth it. Highly recommended. read more

Little Bitty Prints are the best!! Leighanne is wonderful. She is very patient and upfront about time frames. I called her in advance to make sure she could be at the hospital and she assured me she would. We got the ornaments with the feet amongst other impressions for different family members. The results were amazing!! My only regret was not getting a hand and foot combo piece but at the time, I couldn't afford it. At 1 year, I called her and this time I visited her home. It wasn't weird at all. In fact, it was cool to see her workshop. At the time, she had a lot of orders and her kiln wasn't working properly so she explained to me that the wait time would be longer than usual. I was completely fine with it taking what it took for a wonderful memory. You can't rush these things!! You have to be patient. If you can't wait, I recommend going and buying a kit from Michaels but I guarantee it won't be as nice as Leighanne's. Believe me, I tried it!! AVOID. This place is garbage. We went in when my son was 5 weeks and got a hand a foot print done. She said about 6 weeks. We followed-up after 6 weeks and were told the original broke and she'd have to redo it and it'd be another 6 weeks. We checked back after another 6 weeks and told us it was ready. We went in and she told us it had broken again and she'd have to redo it again, but she'd also do another hand and foot print (now 17 weeks) at no charge for the inconvenience but that she'd redo the original 5 week print from the mold she still had. 8 weeks later and she mailed us the 17 week print but not the 5 week print so we asked for a refund for the 5 week print she paid for. She refused to refund us for what we paid for and has stopped responding to our texts or messages. read more

Very cute resale store! Has great prices which is helpful to a stay at home mom like me. All the handmade stuff is a plus. The store is clean with lots of iteams. I just bought some pjs for $5 that were in great condition. The owner is friendly and was a huge help. My car ended up not starting and she called AAA for me. I don't even know where to begin.... I took my son here when he was 2 weeks old. The first red flag was that she works out of her garage, should have turned around right then but continued anyways. Big mistake! My hand print took almost 10 weeks to be done!! She claims she told me it would take about 6 to 8 weeks to be done, which was actually never told to me, but regardless it took a lot longer. And I had to constantly follow up with her to find out the status of my print, not once did she contact me. The last conversation we had she said that her kiln broke so it set her back. That is completely understandable but a phone call, a text, ANYTHING would have been nice. When I finally did get my print back from her it was cracked in TWO places, see pictures attached to yelp page. It has a crack on the back and a crack on the front, right on my son's toe. The sad part is Leigh Ann thought this was acceptable. She gave me my print and didn't say anything until it was brought to her attention. She claims she never noticed the crack on the front. If this is true then she definitely needs to take "attention to detail" off her resume. Her website says she takes pride in her work, doesn't really show. She was also supposed to include my son's last name. She said it didn't fit so she didn't add it. First of all, our last name is only 3 letters long and if you're going to make changes to something I paid for I think you should call the customer and consult with them first. When I called her upset instead of being understanding, she dismissed my feelings and said I was over reacting. Her exact words were, "I don't know why you're soo upset, it's not the end of the world. The end of the world would be something like your child dying." If that's not inappropriate I don't know what is. She originally says she won't give me a refund but would re-do my son's prints. At this point he's almost 4 months old so it's definitely not the same. When I told her that I planned on giving her a bad yelp review she tells me that if I give her a bad yelp review she won't re-do my prints. I thought this was laughable to say that people can't leave a critical review. That's completely admiting that you aren't giving good quality products. I also told her that I thought it was funny that she has employees writing yelp reviews on her behalf but she tells me that she doesn't have any employees, it's just her and her mom. If this is true than why was there a younger girl there the day I went to get my prints ordered and why does her website say "I have been blessed with great employees who equally strive to give my customers the best"? Her lack of compassion for people's memories and unprofessionalism throughout the entire process is hurtful and exhuasting. Definitely will not be going back and would not recommend her to anyone looking to get ceramic imprints done. read more

I should have known better and should go with my gut. I purchased a Living Social deal for baby's print and it was $25. The deal didn't say that I will be charged for tax and when I got there, she told me first thing that she will charge tax for $5. Are you kidding me??? It's a 20% charged from $25. Very ridiculous. She sounds so much nicer on the phone than in person and also she smells like cigarettes so bad, mind you that she has to touch babies' hands and feet. Talking about sanitation, I should offer her my Purel. I give 3 stars for the work, which is just like any other prints places. Definitely, don't recommend this place. I'm still in Shock of how Extremely Rude and Cold hearted my experience has been with this shop... My 2 year old son died unexpectedly in his sleep February of this year. I heard about Little bitty prints and I contacted Leigh about doing my son's prints. She had no problem doing my order and she communicated with my sister confirming all was successful in getting my son's hand molded. When I contacted her a couple weeks after my son's funeral to go over the design details she seemed very disorganized and busy. I went over the details with her and she assured me it would get done and she would contact me to confirm the details when it was time. 3 months passed and still nothing . After 7 months and Countless Excuses by the Owner, I was told that my order couldn't be finished and my son's hand mold wasn't viable anymore. She had previously confirmed that my whole order was done but her stories and excuses kept changing thru out the months. Not only was my order not complete but the Design was different and nothing like we discussed. She apologized and mentioned there would be no charge. In all this process I communicated with respect and thanked her for her time. I went in to pick up my prints today and I asked if I could have my son's hand mold and she started to get a attitude and accused me of being ungrateful. I was in shock that I was being treated in such a Rude unprofessional way in a time of extreme grief. I kept my composure and at one point the owner tried to take the bag of prints back from me. At that point her daughter got way out of line and started yelling at me. After all that I was asked to leave the shop multiple times with no remorse or dignity about how I was treated.. Unbelievable... PLEASE do yourself a BIG favor and find another place to have your precious moments captured by a person who cares about your feelings and Time... I'm obviously not the only person she's done this to based on her reviews. read more

Leigh Ann gave me comfort. My son's school hired Leigh Ann to do hand prints. Shortly after ordering, my son died unexpectedly; he was five. What a gift it has been to have my son's handprint. It is on the wall next to one of his last pictures. Almost ten years later, when my second son turned five, I contacted her to create a handprint for him. What a blessing this woman is. If I had read these reviews before calling Leigh Ann I would not have used her service. I am truly happy I didn't too (read them, I mean). I was very dissatisfied with a different hand/foot print company after them jerking me around for a week or so. I called Leigh Ann and asked her how soon I can come in. She took me in that day. I explained to her how mad I was at the other company and she didn't take it as an opportunity to talk down on them, she actually calmed me down and assured me that it'd all work out. She did NOT smell like cigarettes. Did she seem super professional? No. She seemed down to earth, friendly and kind. I did not mind handing my baby over to her to do the process. read more

Leigh Anne does amazing work. She has done the prints for both of my kids, and because I wanted newborn prints, she came right to the hospital and took imprints right in my room. My prints turned out wonderfully, one of them was a girly pink ceramic print for my daughter and she got creative with a surfboard ceramic print for my son. My prints were done within about a month and are still hanging on my wall to this day. I wasn't concerned with her working out of her garage, it's most likely the best place for her to relax and do what she's loves and a place where she can find her creative energy. Not happy at all with my experience. My mom put a play pen on hold for me until 12 I showed up at 10 when the store was suppose to open and waited 15 minutes I even left a message asking to hold the item until I got off work because I was running late to work. I never got a call back but I showed up after work anyway and the lady was selling the play pen to someone else and telling her the story of how my mom put it on hold and I never showed up as I was standing right there. Then the lady told me that she was open at 10:10 which she was not because I left my message at 10:12 as I stood in front of her shop and waited to pull away until 10:15. She is a liar and a gossip I would never recommend this shop not even to my worst enemy because standing there as she told a false story about me to another customer was humiliating. read more
