So many Jellycats!…read more I've visited the boutique store a few times in the past several years, but came by today to check out if they have Jellycats...and they did! It honestly was the best supply of Jellycats that I've seen in awhile, especially with the seasonal ones that have been coming out (e.g., summer collection was partially in stock here!). Were the prices a little bit higher versus ordering from the Jellycats website or other stores? Yes. Not an exorbitant amount, but it is higher-priced. But, with how there's quite a low stock on a number of Jellycats in general, it didn't feel too awful to go ahead and purchase a couple. (I ended up getting one of the elephants, as well as an egg keychain). When talking with the owner, there's a chance that the Jellycats craze may die down soon, but it seems to be popular in the meantime. Loved chatting with the owner today, and how nice she was!

I showed her the email and she said that there was a sign on the door, which she put on after I had arrived that was a handwritten "closing at 4:30" when the printed sign clearly said 5pm. I literally got the email for new store hours at 12:08 pm today so was surprised and upset that I was rushed out of the store along with other shocked customers. Times are tough and their prices may be lower, but I'm sorry to say that they lost a customer because I wasted my time & gas to drive there only to be rushed out and not find the item my child needed as their shoe selection was limited for my daughter's size. I will not be coming back because the experience was negative and I feel like their email advertising for longer shopping hours didn't align with this specific employee & unless they do something to train them in customer service then you should be warned before shopping here.

Typically it takes them about 1.5-2 hours to get through what you've brought in to sell. Overall, I would continue to try and sell my kids' stuff here.

This location actually had a lot more items in-stock than the Ontario Mills location, as I was going to be in two places on the same day. As with any Bath & Body Works location, we are greeted on our way in and there is also always a long line to the registers. There were bins in the middle of the store, near the register, with great deals! The store was clean, neat, and fully stocked. My online order for pick-up was not ready until late morning the next day (ordered the early afternoon before), so keep that in mind especially if there are sales going on. I was worried that my order would not be ready by the time I arrived, but good thing I was there in the early afternoon the next day, instead of the morning. We were able to pick-up our order, without any issues, and they even had the free plastic bags for gifts (when asked). We were at the Ontario Mills location earlier, and they were out, as we had also purchased a few items from there. There were plenty of parking in front of the store, very conveniently located store.

I attempted to return it within the 14day return period. Lena opened the box and said there were strands of hair in the razor. Since it had not been used and I don't have strands of hair, I asked her to show me. She replied that the strands were no longer on the razor??? Lena then stated there were flakes on the razor, I asked her to show me. She said the flakes were no longer on the razor.??? Since she was unable show me the strands of hair and/or flakes, I requested she refund the purchase. Lena then said, she needed a receipt. I explained that I had not been able to locate the receipt in any of my email folders and asked her to look up the receipt on her end with the date, time, credit card no, etc. Lena then said she was unable to look up the receipt, but was able to tell me which email address the receipt was allegedly sent to. ???? I doubt the receipt was sent because there was no record of it in my deleted, spam, or Inbox folders. I don't believe this business is able to retain records showing where a receipt was sent, but somehow can't retrieve the receipt. There seems to be a pattern of dishonesty and or incompetence. Lena then goes on to say, she needs to speak to her manager, who is out to lunch and expected to return in appx 40mins. I asked for the managers name and Lena replies, she is uncomfortable giving out her manager's first name. I noted Lena was wearing a name tag and asked if her manager wore a name tag. Lena said her manager did wear a name tag and still refused tell me the managers name, citing employee safety. I asked her what safety concerns she had related to a customer asking for the first name of a manager/employee who wears a name tag.???? Lena still refused to tell me the manager's name. This experience was unbelievably Bad!!! Either Sally has horrible customer service policies, a horrible employee, or both. Maybe this is why this location is always empty??? My family and I have patronized this Sally Beauty location for many years and the customer service experience has had its challenges, but this one is a deal breaker. Will never patronize this business again.

I find that signing up for their rewards is highly recommended if you love shopping here. You can get plenty of points for discounted purchases and/or merch, bags, etc. My wife loves blind boxes, especially the cute Sanrio ones. This is the perfect spot for grab up some gifts. Miniso does collaborations with other brands often and currently, they're doing a Star Wars collab which brings out tons of new products including character figurines, keyboard keycaps, plushies, etc. The options are just endless and not just blind boxes, but they have plenty of lifestyle and quality of life products. Although they're not the best quality, the prices can be cheaper and easier to use. They also have snacks and plenty of big and small plushies/dolls.

(I did sleep on it and returned the next day to purchase). Jaclyn is the store manager. Very personable and willing to help shoppers. It seems like the staff works well together and like what they do. It can be pricey but if you shop the sales and use rewards, suddenly prices are much more reasonable. They turn over the inventory quite regularly so there is always something new.
