I texted the delivery person not noticing that the initial text said to text another number for help. The delivery person read the text but never contacted me back or replied can you text this number. No check in text after the first day to see how everything was going . I texted the 0884 number and a few texts back and forth to troubleshoot and a phone call. A replacement stroller was dropped off. Both strollers were pretty beat up. I have a GT mini single stroller and usually no issues closing and it's a hand-me-down. I probably wouldn't rent from this company again.

Then was told why are you even asking me for a veil. After that response we knew we were not happy there nor wanted. So we left the dresses on the back of the door and without saying goodbye left trying to show respect for the other customer that was being taken care of.
