We booked the Baby Trend Sit and Stand stroller for our Disney trip. When we got to the resort, the front desk said our stroller had not been delivered. It was after hours and we would be needing the stroller first thing the next morning. This being my first time ever at Disney, with two little ones, I quickly went into panic mode. However, the company was so quick to reach out and fix the problem! Turns out their driver had accidentally left the right stroller but with the wrong name. Phew! We were pleased with the quality and cleanliness of the stroller as well. They also included the directions and a little rain cover for the stroller, which was very handy for the rainy days we got at the parks. Overall, we were very pleased with our rental experience. Excellent customer service and stroller rental! I have used this company on two separate occasions and had wonderful experiences both times. A representative called me 10 minutes prior to our scheduled drop off and pick up times (at our resort), just to check in with me. The stroller came with a rain cover and attached cooler with the rental and the stroller was labelled for our family. The stroller was in excellent condition and worked perfectly during the rental period. Price was also very competitive with other rental agencies. I highly recommend Baby Wheels for any equipment rental needs while in Orlando or any other areas they service. The lady wouldn't give my wife directions. She told her to look it up on Google Maps and that they were open until 8. Google Maps lead us to the wrong place. 40 minutes later we arrived at 3:30 pm on Saturday and they were closed. read more

I'm not sure what the deal is with the two negative reviews for this company, but my husband and I had an amazing experience renting a stroller from this company. Our flight was delayed by almost an entire day to our resort in WDW and when my husband called to say we wouldn't be there for the drop off they rescheduled us for the next day, without ANY issue. As a matter of fact, when the stroller was dropped off promptly the next day, the owner asked if we were ok before any business speak - how thoughtful! We scheduled our rental almost two months in advance and again, no glitches whatsoever! The stroller was in great condition (looked brand new) and was an eye- catching green that made it easy to spot in Disney parks. And at the end of our visit our stroller was picked up early the day of our departure. They were extremely accommodating with our change in arrival and departure and pleasant to deal with each time. My husband and I are extremely selective with the services we use, and I would not hesitate to use this company again. I highly recommend this company. read more

Decide to show up in person and have to say it was so easy and fast to get a stroller. The staff didn't want to give me an older model due to them being out of stock of twin strollers so I had to convince them to rent me an older model that I found to be perfect for what I needed. I had friends come into town and needed a stroller. They were able to get one on short notice., it was reasonably priced, in excellent, clean condition and was dropped off where they said it would be and picked up with no issues. Rented a stroller first time from here. My 7 yr old needed a tandem sit/stand stroller. I brought one of my own too for the other younger two (ages 2 and 4) decided to rent one so my 7 yr and 4 yr both could stand if they wanted. Baby wheels was SUPER CONVENIENT and FRIENDLY. We ended up not going to the parks one day because of the rain and asked to extend our rental by a few hours and they were very accommodating. It did rain while we were at Disney and thank goodness they included a rain cover for the stroller it was so helpful! I will definitely rent from here again! They were prompt and saved me the hassle of bringing two strollers with me. read more

I rented the sit and stand stroller for our trip to Walt Disney World and the Baby Wheels came through with a life saver. I don't know how I would have done it without the stroller (5 yr old and 2 yr old). The company delivered the stroller and picked it for us. The stroller was clean and ready to use. I do not normally review anything but thought this deserved some notification. I had rented from this company back in 2013 and they were wonderful. The young lady who I dealt with was so helpful with information. So much as to I even had her personal number in case of any issues or needed help . Fast forward to present day. Planning our trip to Disney I call in May and speak to her about reserving strollers. Everything goes as planned and I will call back closer to the time we are arriving (September) to book. I call her yesterday and I am informed that I need to call the customer service number because she no longer works there. After an emotional conversation, I call the 800 number. No answer, so I call back. AGAIN, nothing. No option to even leave a voice mail. After spending sometime trying to get a hold of them, I give up. I call another stroller rental company and reserve my stroller. Even after booking with another company I try to contact them again. NOTHING! Not sure as to why you would get rid of the person who made the customer service experience amazing to allow for what is going on now but as far as I can see the reviews are on par with the service that is coming out of this place. So glad we rented a stroller from this company. It was so easy and worry free. Double stroller was at resort when we arrived and once we realized we wanted to add an extra rental day, we called and they could not have made adding a day an simpler. The stroller was awesome, super easy to fold and not too heavy. Came with a ton of extra features too. Highly recommend this company, especially for anyone traveling to Disney. We have used other stroller rental companies in the past but decided to go with Baby Wheels this time since pricing seemed better for our extended trip. To cut to the chase, we definitely regret that decision. Despite receiving a text that said our stroller had been delivered to our hotel, our concierge and bell services looked for 20 minutes and could not find it. We called Baby Wheels twice, they INSISTED that it was delivered, and offered no additional help. So we made a few calls and did some research of our own, and eventually found our stroller at a different hotel. We actually had to go pick the stroller up ourselves from the other hotel. Nice. Thanks, Baby Wheels. The stroller itself was clean and in good working order. It also included a rain cover and a small zippered storage pouch. For those things I will give two stars. Finally, when our trip was nearing its end, I read the return instructions. They said to NOT return the stroller to bell services, but didn't say what to do with it. After calling Baby Wheels AGAIN they said that the instructions were incorrect and that we could return it to bell services. Good grief! There's definitely some customer service issues that need ironing out before we will rent with this company again. You are better off paying a bit more and going with one of the more the tried-and-true stroller rental companies Orlando has to offer. read more

We rented from Baby Wheels because we wanted a glider for our older child and not a double stroller. The GT City Mini was clean and in great working order. We had a nice, new looking, cup holder/storage area and a soft sided cooler included. The rain cover was also included. The only negative is that they can't drop off at Disney property so I had to schedule a time to meet with them in advance. i received a call from Steven letting me know he was 10 minutes away and he was exactly on time. Steven, our stroller delivery associate, was an absolute pleasure to work with. The most polite person with gentlemen manners! He was super helpful, making sure I knew how to work the stroller! Again for the pick up, he was on time, called in advance and made sure I did a thorough check of the stroller to make sure nothing personal was left behind. My only negative is that they don't do the drop off at bell desk, but they made it super convenient. I also used the online chat before booking which was super helpful and efficient! read more
