I choose Orlando stroller rental for the drop off and pick up option at my hotel ( within limits listed on website), the free cooler bag and rain cover . The cooler bag did come in handy at the parks. It didn't rain but was nice to know it was available. Text when the stroller was in the hotel. Day 1 our double mini stroller closed in the morning. Leaving the HS that day the stroller wouldn't fold. We put the stroller open in the back of the mini van. I texted the delivery person not noticing that the initial text said to text another number for help. The delivery person read the text but never contacted me back or replied can you text this number. No check in text after the first day to see how everything was going . I texted the 0884 number and a few texts back and forth to troubleshoot and a phone call. A replacement stroller was dropped off. Both strollers were pretty beat up. I have a GT mini single stroller and usually no issues closing and it's a hand-me-down. I probably wouldn't rent from this company again. read more

It feels weird to say that a stroller was one of my favorite parts of our Disney trip, but it totally was. It allowed us to carry all of the water, snacks, rain gear, and KIDS to make the trip a success. The BoB stroller has more technology in it than the first NASA rockets. For our current trip to Florida, it's the one thing that went off without a hitch. We're very happy with what we've gotten no terms of service and quality. All I'm going to say is, despite the fact that my youngest turns 7 tomorrow, we rented a stroller just to push our water bottles and snacks instead of carrying them. It's a lot easier, and we got a top-quality jogger for a reasonable price for the week. If you're taking a family trip to Orlando, and need one (or even if you don't think you need one, like I did), it's worth it to spend the little bit of money for convenience. Had a great experience! Opted for the drop-off and pick-up from our rental house in Kissimmee, and they were on time for both. Stroller was clean. The reason why I chose them over the other companies was because they had a better stroller still available when I needed it, as well as the drop-off / pick-up option isn't always an option at the other companies. It required no additional work on my end, so it was worth it! I believe pricing was on par as well. Yes, Disney World has strollers you can rent, but they are not high back and don't recline (not ideal for napping kids), and they are hard plastic (hot!). read more

Picked up a double stroller at the Orlando airport for a 5 & 3 year old. Easy pick up, clean stroller, a cooler, cup holder for adults and a rain cover were included in the rental. The next day, the wheel broke and after several quick texts and a phone call, the company provided a quick replacement at a time that worked for out schedule. I placed my reservation online for the stroller while I was at the airport getting my luggage and to be delivered the next day Monday, requested stroller to be there by 7am. I called the hotel front desk in the AM to check if my stroller was there and sure enough it was already waiting for me. I requested the stroller to come with the free rain cover. Very useful as it rained on us that first night at the parks. I rented it for 5 days and it was soooooo much cheaper than paying about $25 at each park each day we were there. My family and I were in search for a double stroller for our 4 month old and 4 year old boys. I searched on google and was able to find this rental company for a decent price instead of having to buy one for our trip. Upon arrival to our hotel, the stroller was waiting in the lobby with a rain cover, parent console, identifying tags, and small foldable cooler. The red City Mini Gt was in GREAT condition! It smelled great and the quality overall was amazing for a rental. You could tell there were a few marks on the fabric from prior rentals. Other than that the fabric was great quality and worked well for our children. I was afraid of renting a stroller that was a side by side due to the weight difference of my boys. It didn't tug or pull in different directions. The canopies were HUGE! That was a big plus in he Florida weather and my two fair skinned little boys. I would say that this was a great experience for our family. I didn't have any issues with returning. I simply left it in the front lobby when it was due and they came to pick it up. Pick up and drop off was contactless and easy, We stayed at shades of green. We had a problem with the stroller they first gave us, it was old and very janky, the bottom pouch dragged on the ground- just an older and very used stroller. Called them and left a message and they replaced it within 45 min! We used the old stroller all day though because we were already headed to the parks and changing the stroller would have been complicated with 2 babies already in the parks, but the next day we got the new stroller and it was great! Would have been nice to get the new stroller from the get-go but their customer service saved the trip! read more

We had a problem with our hotel front desk, saying our rental never arrived. Keep in mind the stroller rental location was across the street from where we stayed. We had to end up calling the location to see what was going on. When calling the owner himself picked up. He was very kind and reassuring. He stayed patient with us during the entire call. He even took the time to say if he needed to drop off another stroller for us he would bring it to our door side if the front desk misplaced it. The stroller was a super comfortable stroller, much unlike the ones you can rent from Disney themselves. My son was able to nap in it, the sun guard came almost past his little toes, and it never once got stuck in the wheels. It was very reasonably priced and they deliver it to you and pick it up! I placed an order for a stroller the night before I needed it - the info on the website said they opened at 7 am - but I needed the stroller before then (bc I had to be at Disney at 7 am). There was no indication they could deliver it before 7 am so I canceled the reservation. NOTHING on the website indicated I could not cancel!!! We were very pleased with our stroller! We were able to pick it up and drop it off at our resort with no problem. It was very clean and fit our needs well. The front wheel was a little wobbly when nothing was in the stroller, but it was rarely empty so didn't affect us all that much. My family decided on Universal Orlando for our reunion this year. Out of 15 of us who traveled I was the only one who had a 5 year old and a 2 year old. I decided to rent from Orlando Stroller Rental because they offered the best price. I was reading some blogs and people said to buy a $10 umbrella stroller from Wal-Mart as it was cheaper than renting the strollers in the park. That obviously was not going to work for me because there was only one of me with 2 kids and my 5 year old doesn't generally sit in a stroller. However, I knew we would be walking for long periods throughout the day so I wanted something for him as well. I googled stroller rentals orlando, and to my surprise there were companies that actually rented strollers! Like I said I went with this company because they offered the best price. I had never done this before so I took a gamble. It was such an easy breezy process. Just what a single parent traveling with kids needed! The double Summit X3 stroller was delivered to my hotel on the day requested. It was plenty big and held both of my kids very comfortably. I must admit when I passed people in the park using the park rented strollers I snickered to myself as those things look more painful to the kid than walking and I was willing to bet that it didn't push with ease like the one I rented! The park wanted $30+ a day for a double stroller which we had a 4 day hopper. That would have been $120+ for 4 days. I paid $90 for my entire stay of 7 days. That's with tax! The cherry on the sundae was the week we were there(June 19-26) it rained like crazy!! No worries, Orlando Stroller Rental provides you with a free rain cover if you check the box. I kid you not people gasped in amazement when I pushed my dry kids in the decked out stroller with the fancy rain cover. I promise you I was the only one with completely dry kids. I rented a red city mini double GT stroller. It was nice to have and the company was really a pleasure to work with! They had it on time waiting for me early in the morning at my hotel. They let me pick the hours for drop off and pick up! The stroller was easy to fold up and big enough for my two children (1) and (7) years of age. It came with a rain cover which was MUCH needed! And a small cooler, which was more of a lunch box, but it worked! Looking back on our vacation I don't know how we would have done Disney World without a stroller. The only minor issue was the stroller was a bit torn in some places, and had very little room on the bottom for storage. However I know this company cleans and sanitizes the strollers after every use, so the tear's could just be from cleaning. This was convenient for our recent Disney vacation because they were able to drop it off at our hotel without us being present and pick it up after we had left. We rented the bigger of the two double strollers to accommodate our six and four year olds children. With them sitting in the stroller, the storage down below was almost entirely inaccessible, which was a hassle at times. Also, the cup holder is not built, but is a velcro add-on, meaning it never stays in place, and our drinks were often tipping sideways and spilling. We had some issues with the front wheel of our stroller, similar to when you get that shopping cart with the funky wheel. We didn't bother calling the company about it. So overall our experience was ok. Not awful, not great. read more

I literally called them from Magic Kingdom and they delivered our stroller to our resort while we were gone and it was waiting in the lobby for us when we got back. The stroller was clean and in great condition. We only have one child but we got a double stroller so we'd have more room to carry things. The price was reasonable. When we were done with the stroller we left it in the resort's lobby and they came and picked it up. It was so convenient! I have rented strollers from here on several occasions and the stroller has always been ready at my resort when I specify. I had a problem with one stroller (flat tire and didn't fold up properly). I sent an email in the morning and received a phone call and follow-up email that day. While the gentleman who called may have to work on his manner just a bit, I believe his intentions were good. He immediately had a replacement stroller sent over to my hotel later that day that was in perfect condition. It was there by 4 pm the day that I sent the email. While I was initially going to look elsewhere for my stroller rentals in the future, due to the lack of quality control on the first stroller received, their quick action to fix the issue has won me back over and I will be using them in the future. read more

We thought we would just rent at Magic Kingdom, but when I looked online at the the strollers offered I thought they looked uncomfortable (hard plastic) and unwieldy to push. So, at 9 pm on a Monday I went on the orlando stroller rentals website and set up a reservation for a stroller to be delivered to my rental house at 7:30 am the next day. It appeared on my porch at the selected time. Couldn't be easier! And for the three-day rental with tax it came to $40-something. What a deal!
