Came in here with a low fade in mind, and maybe a bit of a trim on top (in the moment I said no)... long story short, this is how I came back home. Lmfao. I noticed shit wasn't right but Im a very shy person, so I stayed quiet and just wanted to get the hell out of there. I don't like to make a scene but anyways, very stupidly I paid her and even gave her a tip and left pretty damn pissed. As soon as I got to the car and saw myself closely, all I said was, "what the hell is this sh**t". I took a risk and I regret it. There is only one guy who cuts women's hair and he's not very good at it; he was very rough in the way handled my hair and head in general. He also made me stand up the whole time. My hair was severely uneven and I had to get it fixed elsewhere. read more

I went in to get a hair cut. my hair was way to long do to staying away from people do to Covid 19 stuff.I'm in the age group that if i get it i most lilkely would die so it's understandable. any way manny cut my hair and i have to say he butchered it. he asked me how i wanted it cut and twice i told him and showed him how i wanted my hair to lay over my ears so i could comb it behind my ears. and to cut the rest of my hair to look good for the size of hair on the side .to match the length so it looked right and balanced. right away he just started chopping at my hair and wasn't long before i saw he already messed up on the side length . he didn't take into the fact i wanted the hair on the sides to go over the ears about 1/4 inch so i could comb it over and behind my ear. i sat there watching him cut more and more off my head. i didn't say anything until he was done. didn't want to walk out of there with only a half a hair cut. when it was all over i told him he cut my hair way to short not what i asked for and I showed you twice how i wanted it. he just said he gave me a normal hair cut. I didn't ask for a normal hair cut..why do you ask people how you want your hair cut then go a head and cut it the way you want it cut not the customer. then he have me a bunch of stuff about my hair is dead and he needed to cut it short so it can breath and grow.. a nut case i say. my hair was cut unbalanced very short just looks like hell. then he charged me $20.00 for a bad hair cut . please don't go there if you like your hair go some place else. read more

This place is SO unprofessional. I went in to have my highlights retouched, I wanted very little, very subtle highlights. The girl got the foils so far from my scalp that it looked like I had roots growing for about a month. She basically bleached the entire top layer of my hair. There's really no highlights-just blond on top and brown on the bottom. It looks like crap. read more

I went in to have a simple hair cut....Just a trim. Please...Please tell me how you can mess that up? The staff was unprofessional, Gaby cut my hair. Just horrible. After this, a co-worker actually told me that she went to the same place and had Gaby as well. My co-work went in and showed Gaby a picture of the color she wanted, just a simple dark deep brown color. At the end of her visit, my co-worker's result was lighter than she wanted it to be. Mistakes happen right? I told my co-worker she should pick a color out of Gaby's color book to make sure it's mixed correctly. My co-worker went back after talking to the manager and Gaby had to do a color correction for free, this time my co-worker chose the dark chocolate brown out of Gaby's color selection book.
