It's incredibly disrespectful of patients' time. The entire process feels driven by volume and billing rather than genuine care. Communication is poor, follow-ups are inconsistent, and there's little sense of urgency when it comes to patient needs. Instead of feeling supported, you're left feeling like just another number in a system focused on maximizing profit. A medical office should be a place where patients feel valued and cared for, but that is not the experience here. Between the excessive wait times just to speak to someone and the overall lack of efficiency and compassion, I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative providers.
