I called them up and they are actually in network for State Farm so all their repairs and paint work are covered for the life of the vehicle. Which is a great thing!! I made arrangements to go up and get the estimate down. Rick Kozminski was extremely helpful and we had a great conversation about how things are done and he's old fashioned and believes in putting out great quality work every time and never cutting any corners. We got the car back a few weeks later and everything was up to par and the few things I had issues with they have addressed with no hassle and really made the whole process very painless. I called to inform him of the issue and asked if I'd be able to ride to the mechanic. He agreed! Chris was so nice on the phone. My drop off for my car was between 4 & 6. I called Chris on a Friday to schedule my tow the next day and gave him the time frame of my drop off. He said they had some tows scheduled early in the afternoon & would call before on their way for mine. I ended up calling around 4 to check if they only accept cash for tows & Chris explained he would be there in about 15-20 minutes & that they have no way to run credit cards from the truck, so only cash would be accepted. When they came to pick up my car, it was all downhill lol. My car hadn't moved in 2-3 months. The brakes had locked and it couldn't get pushed onto the truck. We also tried jumper cables to jump it but that didn't work because the gas was a little low & again it hasn't been started for awhile. Chris & his buddy hooked up the car with a chain and steered it on to the truck. $60 (6miles total) my car was on it's way to the shop. Since my car was just a drop off at mechanic , I didn't have to be there / ride with them but it was nice to know the option was there. Thanks again guys!!!!

Smart "small shop" operators know the satisfaction of clientele keeps people coming back for the "little things" that often become "big things." Recently I went in for a muffler repair to find out my old car needed (really... ) rear brakes, fuel line replacement, steering line replacement, and a few other things. Tiffany's Towing routinely removes vehicles from private property without proper authorization or waiting the legally required 48 hours. This is a violation of the township ordinance. If this happens to you: 1. Call the Robinson Township Police (non-emergency line) before paying any fees. 2. Ask for proof of written consent from the property owner authorizing the tow. 3. Document everything -- photos, time, and names. 4. Do not pay until the police confirm the tow is lawful. Their actions are predatory and exploit people who don't know the local code. Spread the word so no one else becomes a victim
