Monthly calls with her for the two years leading up to the wedding were the highlight of the month. She could not have been more responsive or done a better job of keeping us on track. It was particularly reassuring to know that we were in good hands given that we were planning this wedding from afar. It was so helpful to have her team recommend pre-vetted vendors so all we needed to do was review their websites and have a quick chat (and of course we loved all their recommendations). Michelle was the one with the artistic vision who did all the gorgeous design work. Let me tell you, this wasn't just a few "vision board" photos. This was a 60+ page design document complete with suggestions for invitations to floral to drinks that matched! Then she and the team brought it to life. The wedding itself was an absolutely dream, above and beyond what we'd hoped, but that also wasn't a surprise because we'd known all along that we were in the best hands. Everyone commented on how relaxed I was on the day of the wedding, but that was because I trusted Heather and the team with 100% confidence and they did not disappoint. We were thrown quite a curve ball the day of my wedding in that due to a completely unforeseeable situation, our venue became unavailable. I work as a project manager and can admit I am a very hands-on and organized person. I originally did not plan to hire any additional planning or coordinating services but finally decided an extra pair of hands would be helpful. Even if everything had gone according to plan, Roberta & Shelby were SO much more than just the extra pair of hands I thought I needed. There was no way any of us could have predicted the last minute venue change, but Roberta & Shelby handled it flawlessly. Without them, no amount of my organization or planning could have pulled off our wedding the way they did. Roberta was incredibly professional. She notified me early on of the changes, but only after she had time to begin working out a new action plan. I appreciated being kept in the loop, but also appreciated that she didn't call me the second the news broke...informing me of problems without potential solutions to offer would have been extra stress I didn't need in that moment. Roberta & Shelby were also absolutely in sync with Park City Resort and all of my other vendors. The communication and coordination was excellent. Because they had both taken the time to get to know me and understand my vision in the weeks leading up to the wedding, they did an amazing job of recreating our decor in a new venue space. Everything was exactly how I would have liked to see it, even though I wasn't available to provide any input. The planning leading up to our wedding was also perfectly executed. Roberta & Shelby asked the right questions, ran with my ideas, and prompted me to think about different approaches when appropriate. Roberta & Shelby are both extremely capable and professional, but what makes them stand a part from other professionals in your field is how genuine they are. They genuinely wanted to make this wedding my dream wedding, and they went above and beyond at every turn. Roberta even offered to hold our guest's baby during dinner so the couple could enjoy their meal. Although this wasn't something I saw, at least 20 of my guests did notice and made a point to tell me how amazing the Hoopes team was! Not only was the end product great, but they were excellent to work with, despite our ever-changing headcount, menu adjustments and last minute adjustments to the venue setup. I appreciated their flexibility and "roll with it" attitude. We ended up with more food than we needed, and they were wonderful to package it all up and provide it to us. My favorite part of it all was that they took care of everything from setup to serving and cleanup. There was enough on my plate-literally-that I was so grateful not to have to worry about the food. Coming from out of state, we were a bit nervous about not meeting our vendors ahead of time. Kelly was always quick to respond to my many e-mails and put me at ease. Two of her top caterers (Melissa and Amanda) came out and worked my reception. Naturally, I didn't get to interact with Melissa and Amanda very much, but my mom did and she gave me rave reviews! She said that out of all my vendors, they were the most worth it! They made the wedding so beautiful and simple- she didn't have to worry about a thing.....they are so good at what they do. Not only did they refresh the beverages and food, they took care of the toast and some other things I had totally forgotten to tell them about! They completely took initiative and picked up exactly where we had left off. At the end of the party, my family/bridesmaids went to clean up and found out that Melissa and Amanda had not only put away all the food, but had washed and put away dishes, thrown away trash, and cleaned up/organized the entire kitchen area. Salsa Queen Is a line of fresh, preservative-free salsas made in SLC, Utah. I bought the Gourmet Pico because it is the most popular product. It looked fresh and chunky. I don't normally buy pico de gallo so don't have a great basis for comparison re: store bought pico. I tend to go for the more spicy stuff, but I enjoyed it. I would like to try some of the other flavors. Salsa Queen is a family owned business that was started in 2014 by single mother Maharba Zapatista to provide for her seven children. They started out in local farmers markets in Salt Lake City, Utah and are now expanding into stores throughout the US. She has a really inspirational story. One of the things I love about Salsa Queen's website is her Recipes. Most product websites give you written recipes showing you how to use their products. Maharba does short, easy-to-follow and fun videos that feature her and guests. I don't even watch cooking shows, but I just watched three of Maharba's recipes in a row. I love her! She's warm, engaging and has a great sense of humor. It looks like the shows are all filmed in her own kitchen. You can tell she's a great home cook who enjoys the process. Many of the recipes are kid friendly. Her recipes have something to offer everyone, including keto and vegan options. Highly Recommended!!!

The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, if you do need anything. The main room is really pretty and has a neat ceiling covered in white drapery. It can be transformed to many different styles, depending on your taste. I especially like the large stair case that enters the main room, just inside the doors to the garden area.
