My breakfast sandwich was comically large. The pancakes -- heavy emphasis on "cakes" -- were so sweet. The hollandaise on the Benedict and the potatoes were seasoned well. (They "ran out" of ketchup so that was a bummer.) Everything was good but not necessarily something to write home about. The environment is the star of the show! Well decorated, great seating, and beautiful views. I hadn't been to the Ridge Cafe since before Covid, so it was fun coming back to see and taste the changes of ROR. For the views alone, give Royal On Ridge a try.

One note is that if CBB provided the small PA system, please check, and then re-check it for volume and positioning so that the audience could hear the pastor. CBB may also want to wire the room with overhead speakers and a dedicated audio system for future events. The gathered throng also figured out how to open the picturesque sliding/folding south doors with a beautiful view of South Mountain (and the Draper Temple if you're so persuaded), and moved out onto the back deck for photos (since the November weather was so pleasant.)
