Drinking water should have been placed out for everyone's use BEFORE the event started, not after the ceremony. One note is that if CBB provided the small PA system, please check, and then re-check it for volume and positioning so that the audience could hear the pastor. CBB may also want to wire the room with overhead speakers and a dedicated audio system for future events. The gathered throng also figured out how to open the picturesque sliding/folding south doors with a beautiful view of South Mountain (and the Draper Temple if you're so persuaded), and moved out onto the back deck for photos (since the November weather was so pleasant.)
