Used this company twice. First experience was fine. Second experience, felt like highway robbery. I'll spare the details of a 4page review but Jeremy lacks integrity, honesty and overall the true ethics of a good and fair business deal. I cannot stress enough, STEER CLEAR! There are plenty of good well drillers that service the area that are transparent, honest and will give you a fair deal. Such as the outfit I had to use to retrieve the water that was sealed off by Bach, which he refused to come out and do himself after bending me over and drilling 460' for nothing. Bach Drilling did a well on my property this month. Jeremy did a great job. Well drilling can be a bit of a guessing game and an art. Within this understanding Jeremy was able to accurately set my expectations as to any challenges and variables. He covered every detail as to potential cost. His years of knowledge in the area allowed him to accurately predict the depth of the well and the cost. We did have to go a bit deeper than expected. He allowed me to make the decision to go farther or not. In my case we went another 10 feet and picked up another 10 gallon per minute. Yeah!!!! He also accurately warned me in advance of a law change. Had I delayed I would have been limited to 350 gallons per day (vice 5000) and had to install a meter. Bach's equipment is brand new. When it comes to your property the job gets done. A solid and reputable business that I can recommend based on experience. read more

Stay away! We met and signed a contract for them to drill. They require a $1500 deposit, which is totally understandable. It was going to be applied to the future drilling total. We were set to drill but had some unforeseen issues arise and had to back out of our plans for a dream home at this time. There was no date set for drill, no site prep, no further conversion. Only one meeting where we paid a deposit and less than a month later we were forced, by no fault of our own, to back out. I called Jeremy (who is less than reasonable) and told him I understood it was non-refundable but asked if we could get a portion of our money back. Apparently that money was "eaten up" some how, still trying to wrap my head around that one, thought it was a deposit for my drilling?! I told him I only wanted a portion of the money back but he kept telling me I signed a contract. Stay away from Scrooge. read more

They did a well for us in spring 2016. Both Jason and mike were nice guys, we felt they were honest and well experienced. We've only now started to use the well and we have a lot of sand and sediment which they've assured us is normal at first. We had a problem with our pump most likely cause it sat so long. But mike was quick to get back out, we ended up having to replace the pump cause it was clogged maybe cause it sat without being used...? We aren't sure. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. First of all they lied to me, promised me we would hit water under 500 feet and said they would make up the difference if we hit it a few feet past 500. Then when the well drilling became problematic for them, such as loose deposits in the geological formation at 140 feet below surface Jeremy did not pull out and start casing the well. Instead he drilled to 645 feet then billed me for 22k on Friday only to return on Monday and pull his equipment out before explaining the facts that the well now needed to be re drilled and cased with steel. Not only did these guys deceive me from day one but they made mistakes that they expected me to pay for, and pay I did! 22k! Not only that, they then offered me the opportunity to pay them to re-drill the same whole at a new price instead of the original price of 28.00 per foot now 35.00 per foot plus casing at 15.00 per foot. The hole now sits at 140' where it collapsed. WOW! You would think that being 3rd generation driller you would at least have the knowledge to pull your equipment out and make a new plan before costing some one their life savings. Its pay by the foot folks don't make the same mistake I did. Or you might just be left hi and dry like me!
