When the owner came to give us a quote she commented on how clean our house ready was and the fact that it would only take about 4 to 5 hours to clean our home. They did not do the outside of the windows, the shed or the garage. The hourly rate was $45.00. Upon receiving the invoice we were charged $581.00. We were charged for 12.5 hours. I called to get clarification on the bill. First I was told the top performing cleaner was assigned to our home and she had a trainee with her and this is why it took longer then I was first quoted. She also said that the home in my neighborhood were a bit larger. I did not feel I should pay extra because they had sent along a trainee. Also, she saw our house, it did not get bigger between the time she saw it and the time the person came to clean it. I was able to get the price reduced to $380. I still feel that we were over charged. If it was going to take 5 hours, at $45.00 that would only be $225.00. Because of all the other issues we had to deal with regarding a move across the country I was just not will to pursue it way further. So I guess this is a caution tale. Be aware of this company. Get the bid in writing.
