I used this company several years ago. At that time they were responsive, thorough, fair, results-oriented, honorable. I called them back for a new set of issues. This company is no longer interested in Pest Control, just in revenue maximization. Bills arrive before the project is completed, the prices and bids are incredibly high, and the unfinished work becomes an opportunity for a new bid. We trusted and paid prosite to remediate squirrels in our attic. 3 months later, we have squirrels in our attic. They did not cover the holes where they trapped (which of course, means the squirrels come back). Now they want to charge us again to trap squirrels and close holes. Why did they not close them the first time? It was in their best interest to leave them open. They do not honor their warranty (they are saying if they come back that now there will be a warranty but it wasn't included the first time) and are not responsive. These guys are crooks! They charge for work not performed and grossly overcharge for work that is. I hired Prosite to inspect my crawl space for possible pest intrusion. I noticed that the two screens on my foundation vents were damaged. There was no indication of pests in the building; I scheduled the inspection simply as a precautionary measure. Prosite reported that my crawl space was infested with mice, rats, squirrels, voles and insects. They also reported that surface water had entered the crawl space to a depth sufficient to wet the underfloor insulation. They provided an estimate of over $8,000 plus tax to remediate the damage. Two Prosite employees worked less than 7 hours, removing insulation and vapor barrier. A third arrived in the late afternoon with a truck to haul debris for disposal. I inspected several bags of removed debris and observed no indication of rodent feces or urine odor. Prosite provide several photos, but not one photo of any rodent or rodent waste was provided. Traps were placed and maintained for two weeks following the removal of insulation and vapor barrier to ensure no rodent was left behind. Not one rodent was trapped. Prosite recommended installation of an automated sump pump in the crawl space to prevent water from again damaging new insulation. They promised an estimate within a week. When after three weeks the proposal was not provided, I asked a waterproofing contractor to quote the work. This contractor reported that a pump was not needed, that there was no evidence of anything more than damp conditions normal to my location, and that water could not possibly have reached the depth reported by Prosite. No pump was installed, the crawl space remains dry . One Prosite employee spent less than 6 hours to replace the insulation and vapor barrier. Prosite installed four door sweeps available at Amazon for $33 each in less than one hour. Total charges for this effort exceeded $700.00 In summary, Prosite employees spent a maximum of 30 hours at my site. Given the benefit of doubt, their travel may have required another 6. If Prosite pays $50 per hour (and of course they don't) total labor costs for my project might have been 1,800. Insulation and vapor barrier for my 950 foot crawl space retails for about $1.50 per square foot, that's another $1,425 for total project labor and material cost of $3,225. I'm convinced Prosite overstated the extent of infestation and water intrusion on my property to promote their overpriced services. The inspection fee was to be credited if a cleanup was conducted. It was not. Their estimate included installation of a negative pressure exclusion area if necessary, yet no deduction was given when it was was not provided. They charged for three rodent trapping events, only two were provided. They charged over $600 for Disinfection of the entire crawl space "to mitigate animal/ rodent feces, urine or pathogens". There was no disinfection performed which is doubly troubling. As I said at the beginning, these guys are crooks, as is evident by their apparent 250% profit and overhead charge. read more

Had them out to inspect for carpenter ants, had ants in house, he was under house about 15 mins, he said he found 1 hole were mice could get in , and found no ants, he was on site about 30 mins. Cost $ 115 dollars. Next day still having ant in house, I am disabled and have hard time bending over, but I went under the house and found ants in two spots. They emailed me for payment, I called and told them about the ants, they said sorry and could credit the $115 fillers if I signed a contract with them. Why would I do that, if I had not found the ants myself they would still be eating my house. read more

Prosite is amazing, I have been having a large bed bug problem with some of my rental units in Moses Lake, other local companies tried to take care of the problem but nothing worked. I called Prosite and asked them if they would come to moses lake , after speaking with the owner they agreed to come out even though they don't usually service this far. They have been beyond wonderful to work with the techs are super knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions that I have, They do multiple follow up inspections and treatments until the problem is gone !! I bought a home in the Cle Elum area 1 1/2 yrs ago January. (worst time of year) When the weather started warming up I began seeing all the bugs inside the home come out from hibernation, including ants. I called Willard's Pest company and asked for a service person to come give me an idea if there were anything I should be concerned about. After collecting several moths etc. the service person said I had BED BUGS. I totally freaked out. We inspected the house and couldn't find anything around bedding etc. We took everything the previous owners left to the dump (a house full), purchased over $1000 in Bat Bug products, (per suggestion by Willards) made triple trips to the laundromat and lived for 3 months a nightmare. After losing 30lbs, not sleeping, lots of medication, my son recommended that I call for a second opinion. I called POINTE pest control, they immediately said they did not think they were Bed Bugs but BAT bugs! They had me contact PROSITE. Micha came out and IMMEDIATELY pointed out where the bats were, went inside to my loft area and showed me what was going on... He was SO professional and completely educated me on Bat Bugs vs Bed Bugs. I absolutely could not believe it. Micha was BEYOND knowledgeable and took his time to make sure I understood the situation. It cost me dearly but I will say this, if you are looking for someone to come and service your home or inspect for a situation, there is NO other company I would trust! They absolutely know what they are doing, very educated, punctual and considerate of your time. THAT is hard to find. I am a HUGE believer in this company. After they excluded the bats (endangered) they followed up several times. I did complain to Willards and all they said was their service person did what they were to do. Denied the request for a refund! You truly get what you pay for, especially when it comes to insect control! I was NOT paid for this review. read more
