Day after bone graft and the procedure itself went so well. I was really nervous about being sick after the procedure. I told Dr. Le I have always gotten very sick after being put under anesthesia. He gave me something and said it would help and Thank God he was right. I felt great after and I've had no issues. He gave me a rx for painkillers but haven't had to use them. Have had swelling and some brushing but nothing major. He's so good at what he does. All three of my kids have had their wisdom pulled and extractions for braces. I had a great experience with Dr. Le and his staff. I had an apt setup to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was put under anesthesia (best thing ever). Dr. Le was recommended to me by my hometown dentist for an implant. I went online before my appointment and was pleased that there was information about the procedure for me to read and watch. When I went for my first appointment, there was only a very short waiting period. The employees I spoke with were all very nice and professional. They have a state of the art X-ray machine that talks to you and plays music. When I met Dr. Le, he was informative and even had some "show and tell" stages of the implant. When I had the appointment for the actual implant, all went smoothly. The follow-up appointments have all been good. I was fearful about this entire procedure, but everyone in the office kept reassuring me and graciously explained and answered all the questions I had. I was referred by my dentist to dr Bach. He seemed to be fully qualified to do my implant so I had him do it. He is well trained and highly recommended. As for his competence he is an exceptional dentist. However, be aware he upsell his patients to make more money. He informed me if I wanted to be put asleep for just a extraction.90% of patients does not want or need to put to sleep for extraction. I asked them if the insurance pays for it then I don't mind to be put asleep. However it is not necessary. So they told me my insurance will pay for the anesthesia. So I said ok. When the procedure was done, they said insurance pay 25% and I pay 75%.WTF they did not tell me this prior when I ask them. They told me after the procedure so I had been lied. I had to pay additional $400 out of pocket for the unnecessary upsell of a simple extraction to be put to sleep. This practice is unethical. They milk their patients. FYI dr. Bach owns a Bentley from doing what he did to me. Patients beware. read more

I got all four wisdom teeth removed about two years ago and i had no idea dr. Le was on yelp until today so its time to share my experience. The nurse and receptionist are so sweet and dr. Le is some kind of tooth wizard honestly i was in and out of that chair in 20 minutes. i trust that man with my life. FUDGING AMAZEBALLS. I was sooo nervous and scared to get my wisdom teeth taken out. I just had all four removed about maybe six hours ago and I am so pleased with the result. I had general anesthesia and it took maybe 20 minutes for the procedure. The staff was incredibly nice and I am not in pain at all! I've heard wisdom teeth horror stories from my family so I was sure I'd have my own but nope! They did fantastic. I was a wee bit loopy after but it wore off after maybe a half hour. He is expensive. The total being about $3000, but in all aspects this is an oral surgery, so this wasn't a big surprise. And let me tell ya, you get what you pay for! My first time experience with Dr LE. First of all I have put off , have two large teeth infected and lose of bone tissue. Dr Le advised if I dont have this done VERY SOON, i will not have any bone left!!! I advised him that i was scared, and afraid of having issues. He took a state of the art xray, and consulted with me for about 45 min. His professionalism, and sense of humor convinced me he was the right one for this this procedure. Surgery was at 4 pm last night lasted about 115 mins.prior to putting me out he explained every step of the removal of two teeth, clean and then bone graff for upcoming implants. This was the first time I've done any type of surgery. I was so scared that I teared up a little bit, but Dr. Bach and his assistant Norma kept telling me everything will fine and over before I know it. The prepping was kinda scary, but once the iv was in and meds were through I was woozy. I thought I would be knocked out, but I was actually sedated so I was wake and could hear everything going on. That was really weird, but the only pain I felt was the numbing injections in my mouth before the extractions. Surprisingly enough the whole procedure only took 30 mins! And for all 4 teeth! That was the most shocking part. I did have bleeding longer than the expected time but everything healed up nicely after a few weeks, that syringe they give you is key to keepin it clean. Only unfortunate part is I now experience constant jaw popping and it's been a few months already so if not for that everything was smooth sailing. read more

I woke up one morning with a terrible toothache. One dentist visit later and it turns out I needed my wisdom teeth pulled. I called Dr. Le's office and they scheduled me in for the very next day. Thank god! I was in so much pain. After the initial paperwork, Dr. Le suggested I take all four wisdom teeth out at once. As great as it would be to get it all over with, Im a cash patient and couldnt afford to pay over $2,000.00 all at once. I decided to take out just the one that was causing me pain and opted for the local anesthtic, a little pressure and 60 seconds later and it was OVER! couldnt believe it was done so fast. Besides the fact that my face felt very numb, I felt fine. Even over the next few days as long as I took my ibprophen I wasnt in pain and my face had no signs of swelling at all. No one could tell I had my wisdom tooth taken out. I just went back today to another one taken out, and the process was even faster! I hate going to dentists. I think I was traumatized when I was little. I get so scared like crazy to go to dentists. But my tooth cracked and I had to go. Dr. Le has the newest technology or something because I haven't it seen at other dentists. Speaking of other dentists. I went to another dentist before coming to see Dr. Le. Dr. Le didn't pull, struggle or bang at my cracked tooth. From my consultation to doing the procedure to getting home and after 5 days, there was no pain or discomfort from the very start. What a relief. I cannot stand getting shots or feeling pain. All the nurses there were very professional and takes care of you. Even the ones sitting at the front desk. Some places they make you go back so many times for a simple procedure. But Dr. Le is a real professional. This place was referred by a friend and now, our whole family goes there now. Dr. Le makes perfection, he doesn't just do "that's good enough", he really makes it perfect. He even follows up by giving a call the same day to see if everythings going well and if I'm feeling alright. It's really hard to find a good one to go to and to trust one. I called my dental insurance provider Cigna before hand to make sure Dr Lee a dental service provider in network ,told by Cigna he was on Thursday .Next morning a Dr Hasse preformed bone graft,went perfectly .Requested morning of procedure to Office assistant Stefinie call Cigna to verify that I have Gold Dental plan and covered for bone grafts ,she refused to call and I have to pay $598 up front ,so I did .Cigna now informing Dr Hasse out of network ? I recently took my children to Dr. Le. I am so happy I did. The office staff is very kind and the doctor has a great bedside manner. Dr. Le and his staff made every attempt to make my boys feel at ease. One of the gals in the office even came out to turn on the television to keep one of my boys occupied while my other son was having his procedure done. Not only that but, a grumpy old man made it clear that he didn't want any cartoons on while he waited and the office staff let him know that the cartoons would be showing since there was a child present. I thought that was pretty awesome. After both of my boys had their procedures completed, one of the nurses and the same gal who stood up for my son in the reception area offered to help walk both of my children to the car since they had had general anesthesia. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Le!!!!!!! I had the most wonderful experience! Because of a badly done root canal 15 years ago, I had to have a molar extracted, sinus lift, bone implant and a tooth implant done. The Doctor my dentist sent me to, told me the whole procedure would take 6 to 7 months and three surgeries with going under anesthesia. I was really shook up when I heard that. I didn't want to be cut into once, let alone three times, plus going without a tooth for 6 to 7 months was unthinkable. At the suggestion of a friend I looked around for a second opinion and happened upon Dr. Bach Le. The exact same procedure that would take almost a year from the other doctor, took 45 minutes start to finish with Dr. Le. My boyfriend has a oral surgeon friend who happens to be a colleague of Dr. Le as they both teach at USC School of dentistry and USC Medical Center. The other surgeon said that Dr. Le was the top most doctor in the field of oral surgery, especially when it comes to implants. Dr. Le removed 2 of my wisdom teeth and I only wish he would have done the other 2 because he did such a great job! He made me feel comfortable, I was very nervous because I had a really bad experience getting the other 2 removed two years ago with another surgeon. The staff was also very friendly and sweet to my husband and I. He even called me about 3 hours after surgery to check up on me and left a message because I was asleep. I have been most fortunate to have found Dr. Bach Le. Dr. Le has helped me with problems with my teeth. Two years ago I have a bad fall and broke my jaw and lost three teeth. Dr. Le repaired my jaw, added new bone and prepared it for the addition of teeth implants. I don't know what I would have done without his good services and kind support during a most difficult time. Recently I went to my dentist to have a crown replaced that had broken off. It could not be replaced and it needed to be removed and the jaw prepared for a teeth implants. I really didn't know what I was going to do as my insurance would not cover this work. But Dr. Le told me not to worry and he did the work, we figured out the payments.
