Years ago, our autistic son worked with a former instructor, Cameron, for a gymnastics-themed one-hour workout, and he also participated in the Summer Minds In Motion Camp. Unfortunately, they don't know how to work with special needs children. Our son's session would start with five minutes on the trampoline to warm up, followed by floor exercises. If he got distracted or became uncooperative--which was common at the time--he was put in "timeout" on a dangerously high box for his size or forced to walk on the thin high beams without any training. If he jumped or fell off, they would just restart a five-minute timer and put him right back on. It felt unsafe and unhelpful I am surprised Our son never broke any bones and we never filed injury lawsuits it was this terrible. The summer camp was equally disorganized. The schedule was inconsistent, and we even witnessed instructors leaving computers logged into personal Amazon accounts within the children's reach. After seeing all of this, we pulled our son out and cannot endorse this academy for anything they offer.

Most people know Adventure Links for their popular camp programs for children and teens. However, they also offer stellar corporate team building programs, which is how I got to know them. About five years ago, as the CEO of a growing company of 20 professionals, I was struggling with how to address some growing pains and spice up our upcoming quarterly retreat. A friend recommended Adventure Links, so I scheduled a meeting with Anna, the CEO. Anna came to my office and interviewed me to understand my business, our challenges, and what I hoped to accomplish. She asked many questions, listened, and took notes. The next week, we took our team of 20 to their retreat location. Anna and her team had put together an all-day agenda of activities that went way beyond simple ropes courses. What surprised and "sold" me on them was how she'd managed to incorporate our growing pains into her exercises in meaningful ways. Sure, we had fun and bonded, but more importantly most of us began to see certain everyday problems in meaningful new ways, with fresh solutions. To this day our team references those exercises like old Seinfeld episodes. After each exercise - some physically challenging and all mentally challenging - Anna would bring us together and help us draw correlations to some of our corporate issues. It helped that she has a sharp wit and great sense of humor. She and her team also knew when to push and put us on the spot to drive home a point. Six months later, we wanted to bring Adventure Links back for another quarterly retreat, but this time due to bad weather we had to do the exercises in our office. They totally pulled it off! The indoor exercises were unique and again gave us a fresh perspective on both issues and people. An example - during one intense exercise where we split into two teams, a junior staff person had a "eureka!" moment with a brilliant solution to a problem, and spontaneously took control of our team, which included several executives. I had no idea this young lady was so intellectually gifted and capable of leadership under pressure. How valuable is that information for an employer? My firm has engaged Adventure Links several times since then, all with success. When my children are old enough, I'll be sending them to the Adventure Links camps...I know they'll learn and have fun. Adventure Links rocks!

The entire staff at Everbrook has created an all around positive and nurturing environment for our preschooler. It starts with the top leadership under Hannah and Faith who lead by example and takes care of their team by valuing them. When teachers are happy our children are happy. The school is always clean and maintained. The teachers are always finding creative and innovative ways to create fun learning environments. The leadership isn't over the top or overbearing with communication or requests from the parent community. The principals and teachers here are beyond dedicated, putting in long hours to make sure every child, parent or guardian leaves satisfied and things are in order for the following day. Let's be real, everything costs money and inflation is out of our control, but when it comes to knowing your child is safe, loved, having fun, learning, and being prepared for the next level of education, that is priceless. We have watched our child blossom in Ms. Paola's pre-K classroom. We couldn't be more appreciative. Ms Emily, the junior pre-K teacher was just nominated for Teacher of the Company and made it to the top 4. Without a doubt, we would recommend Everbrook to other parents.

Iwas very surprised with the reviews of this place, so I went in to introduce myself and to get a feel of the place. Upon entering I was welcomed by the instructors. They were very friendly and addressed everything that was to be expected. They had a packet ready for my review just in case I forgotten everything they covered. I was very pleased with all the information that was given and was left with a great impression that this would a wonderful location. The instructors are very fair, they do not test your child if you're child is not ready. I love the fact that they do that because tae kwon do is about discipline and earning belts and stripes. They should never be given. Parents need to learn responsibility and understand and educate their children on good behavior. This place take grades, attitude, home responsibilities into count. They know who has been practicing and who is lacking in areas. They determine rewards based on graded forms turned in by parents. I really enjoy this place and I recommend this place to anyone.

It's actually quite a bit bigger inside than what it looks like from the sidewalk - more on that in a moment. As part of my research into buying my first guitar - I came in and talked with a very nice young man - I believe his name was Noah. He answered all of my questions and I was leaning toward buying an Epiphone acoustic guitar at the time. Noah also gave me a tour - there is a whole other level downstairs! There must have been some 20 private music lesson rooms, and then down this back hallway - a large room for jam sessions/open mic night on Friday nights. Based on the service I received from Noah - I like Contemporary Music Service. The place is bright, well laid out, clean, and energizing. I am sure I will be back to check out accessories and lessons once I get going with the guitar I did select.

This SHOULD have taken an hour or two tops, maybe a day if they were very busy. However, this store kept his guitar for over three weeks (after saying it would be a "couple days, tops"), and when he got it back, nearly nothing had been done. The bridge and nut remain the same, and the guitar's finish has fingerprints all over it. They then charged him $40 to get his guitar back, which basically amounted to a string change. I find this completely unacceptable, and I will never ever give them any business ever again. I had a similar operation done to my acoustic at Guitar Center, and it took less than two hours. I urge all of you to boycott this shop as they're incapable of following through on a very simple request, even after multiple calls over the course of 3 weeks for this "couple days, tops" work. Extremely dissatisfied, wish I could give zero stars out of 5. (x-posted from my google review.)
