They simply aren't up to the task. One synth sat there for nearly a year, and when I finally demanded to know what was wrong with it, they said they didn't know & charged me $400. Communication is a problem there. I have 40 years experience, and their explanation for a non working synth, or not doing a thorough job is that it is the nature of analog. Very patronizing. I would not recommend this place if you are a professional, more for the casual hobbyist with no time restraints & no budgetary limits.

At any rate I inquired about a Pearl Hi Hat Seat model that was for my stand from several years back and they said they could acquire it and would phone me. Almost 2 years have gone by, I have never heard from them. Wrote this store off and it's a shame because I spend roughly $1k a year on equipment and maintenance of that equipment.

He is a very easy going instructor and made the process very easy for me by teaching me songs I was very familiar with and interested in. He went out of his way to make himself familiar with songs that he might normally not play himself, but knew I would like. Each week he was always on time and came prepared with new material and techniques to keep things always changing. He is a very good instructor that you will learn a lot from and also share a lot of laughs making the overall experience a real good time.
