That day came and we received a call first thing in the morning that the truck would be here approximately 9:30am. Half the day went by and then we received a call that "maybe I can make it up there at the end of the day IF I have room". We live right off the main highway a few miles. We aren't talking about 20 miles off some dirt road with a football stadium holding tank. We were then also told that the minimum price would be the highest quoted price we were given and even then probably more than that. So they wasted our time, wasted our day, dishonest on price and are undoubtedly completely incompetent. A better waste of your day would to be standing at the MVD line, for fun.

They spent a good amount of time moving and charge hourly, but it did not feel like they were dragging it out at all, and very importantly treated my household goods with respect as they would their own.
