I had a very unpleasant experience trying to schedule with Garry Warner. I called to book and was met with a rude, dismissive, and belittling tone. The interaction felt unprofessional, unnecessarily hostile, and I was left feeling talked down to rather than helped. He had availability when first asking, then after talking down to me with an incredibly condescending tone, said he could not schedule me because it was only for patients that had other ailments, which was not advertised on his listing before purchasing the Groupon. Misleading Groupon listing and shockingly dismissive treatment My experience with this office was deeply frustrating and disappointing. Instead of calmly explaining the service, he invalidated my concerns, spoke down to me, and repeatedly implied that I was at fault for "not knowing" what the Groupon was supposedly intended for. He stated it was "only for cancer," despite that limitation not being clearly disclosed in the Groupon description. What was most unsettling was the tone -- angry, defensive, and demeaning. I was made to feel foolish for trusting the written advertisement and blamed for not using the Groupon sooner, even though no urgency or restriction was clearly communicated at the time of purchase. At no point did he take responsibility for how the offer was presented or acknowledge the confusion caused by his own listing. After this interaction, I looked through other reviews and saw a long-standing pattern of similar complaints involving Groupon purchases and hostile responses when customers try to use them. I wanted to tried the Hyperbaric so I bought the Groupon and I am pleased to say I am glad I did I now have no knee pain and for now I do not need a knee replacement. Dr Warner explained the chamber in detailed he made no promises. When you buy Groupons you need to read the fine details I did not do a good job with that but Dr. Warner honored the Groupon . I've had a great experience with Dr. Warner and highly recommend his practice. He is friendly, takes the time to clearly explain every procedure he performs, and reassures patients that the techniques he uses are proven to promote healing. I called with a simple question ..."Is your hyperbaric chamber a hard shell or soft shell? We own a soft shell but need a hard shell for our cancer treatment". The doctor interrupted me with a flippant tone saying "Are you taking Turkey Tale too?? Well if you already have a soft shelf....click" He then hung up on me. And where did his comment about Turkey Tale come from?? I only asked about his hyperbaric chamber in a 10 second call and he went off on me like a Roman candle. I called him back and told him that was very rude of him to hang up on me and he continued to berate me and interrupt me with a very angry tone. Such a great find! Not knowing much about the hyperbaric oxygen treatments but wanting to try, I took advantage of a Groupon deal and experiences this last week. First off, I arrived (by mistake) 30 minutes early and instead of having to wait, was met at the door (the office was closed for lunch) by friendly staff and offered my hour long session early! Score... and note to self, read and we-read appointment times in the future. Getting oriented to the chamber was fast and simple. Sara explained everything well in advance and walked me through getting in and getting settled into the long tubelike chamber. I thought I'd be more claustrophobic but realized that the tune was quite spacious and has an inside zipper for emergency evacuations. That said, the experience was great and I left feeling refreshed. I noticed my energy level, ease of breathing and mental clarity increased with time. Wow. Another cool tip: Dr. Warner honors the Groupon price at the office where you can purchase a package of five sessions for $165. That's cheaper than the Groupon rate! Score! read more

Got the hyberbaric oxygen treatment with a Groupon the same day I made the appointment. I called the minute they opened and was answered promptly; the great serviced continued when I arrived. Facilities were very clean and well maintained. The woman explained the treatment throughly which I appreciated since I'd never had the treatment before. The hyperbaric oxygen is seriously helpful! I took a chance, not knowing what to expect, and the effects were way more far reaching than I knew they could be. Residual inflammation from an old surgery- GONE IN A DAY! Problems from the altitude- GONE! Energy- up! Symptoms from a head injury- very noticeable improvement! I was visiting from Southern California and the altitude was really getting to my body. Dr. Warner and his team here really took the extra time especially on a busy evening to make sure that my back was adjusted correctly got some laser treatment on my knee as well as stem treatment which was an added bonus but most of all the hyperbaric chamber that dr. Warner has is the best in the area and I highly recommend you go see him if you're needing a quick boost of some pure oxygen. Additionally it helps that dr. Dr. Warner is THE best! I have NEVER had much faith in alternative medicine. I'm a real skeptic. Maybe it's because I'm very healthy for 75. I started having a lot of knee pain a year ago. So bad I had to give up pickle ball and it hurt to walk. The pain was very intense. I didn't know what to do. My sister told me to see Dr. Warner because he had so many tools and experience in working with different problems, not just spines. He did about 4 different things to the knee at each session and in one month, I was back to new. I'm back to pickle ball, no pain and feel great. I won't question alternative medicine again. Years ago I had some major back problems. I didn't have a local chiropractor and I started looking for one in my area. I pulled out the phone book and found Back Country Chiropractic. I called and set an appointment and The receptionist asked me if I needed directions. I politely said I knew how to find them and didn't need any directions. What I didn't know was that I had a very old phone book and they had moved their offices from a few blocks from my home to where they are now. I should have asked. BUT I reset my appointment and needing help... I drove out and met with Doctor Warner. He has been my chiropractor ever since. It's a LONG drive from my house, but I like and trust him so much that I make the drive. Doc is so welcoming and kind. He does a great job and he or his staff has called to check on me after treatment. He is as good as it gets. He is well worth the trip and I cant say enough good things about him or his receptionist. He is personable and easy going. He knows his patients and treats people with kindness. No games. No high pressure sales. He just takes care of you and you feel better. They are very good. Dr. Warner cured my sciatica. It took a few months, but I didn't have to do any exercising or take any medicine for it. About a year later, I had a pinched nerve, and he cured that in just a couple of visits. He also takes works on horses and dogs. Last time I was there, a dog was brought in, and he was actually wagging his tail as he was being led to the back office. He had been there before and remembered, evidently.
