I then decided to take advantage of a special that they had and bought cryotherapy sessions over the phone at a discounted rate. The person who sold them to me completely neglected to tell me the expiration date at all, or that the sessions would expire rather quickly after I purchased them. I then had a few things come up, and a few months did go by, after which I decided to call and schedule a cryotherapy session (or try to, anyway). I was told, rather nonchalantly, that the entire package I bought had expired. I asked if there was any way the expiration date could be extended. The answer was a resounding no because they had gone over to a new booking system in the time between the sale and my call. No further explanation was offered. The whole tone of this conversation was basically "oh no, looks like you're out of luck and lost some money. So sad! Nothing I can do about it! Gotta go!" Granted, the employee didn't use those phrases, but that's what it felt like overall. They seem like a business that is excited to sell products or services but doesn't really care about customer service once the sale has been made. I wish this business had been more transparent about the fact that if you buy any of their packages or services during a sale, that the expiration date rolls around quite quickly. If I had known this, I probably wouldn't have bought any specials in the first place simply because I'm a person who has a lot going on and also travels for work. I won't be coming back.

I also had a small deformity develop in the outer part of my nose after a year of waiting for the final result along with cartilage bulging inside of my nose. I felt the staff was frequently rude and very condescending when trying to arrange a follow up appointment and expressing these concerns. When trying to discuss a revision in person, I was told to wait in a room while the assistant showed before and after pictures to Dr. Smith in private. I was then told I had a "difficult nose" to start with. They said there wasn't much they could do and that they were proud of their work, completely disregarding my feelings. They said no one could notice unless I pointed it out even though the outer bump that formed is definitely obvious. They didn't offer any resolution and just said it's always open for discussion. They also said that muscle memory is a thing and the nose can return to its original shape over the years, which I researched extensively and if this is an issue, I read that it means the procedure was not done correctly and should not happen. This wasn't even my situation, so I'm not sure why they mentioned it. They repeatedly said they were pleased with their result despite my disappointment after spending over $10K. I was also seeking a co2 laser before my rhinoplasty and they said it was best to do it after. They didn't even offer a discount on that. I went to another triple board certified surgeon I had previously seen as an option before my rhinoplasty and showed her the before and after photos. After examining the internal and external structure of my nose, she said she could see exactly what I was talking about and that yes, the bump formed was noticeable. Friends and family noticed too. Now I'm stuck having to pay another 10K or more for revision elsewhere. I really regret settling for this place. Update: the doctor that had replied to this message said to reach out, which I did. My email went unanswered so I emailed a few more times and never got a response. It's been months. Again, wish I never went here.

At different times, I have had three procedures performed by Dr. Ladner; I keep returning because he does it RIGHT and his staff have enjoyable personalities mixed with high professionalism. I've tried other places for "injectables," but always come back to Dr. Ladner's office because I feel like the desired effects last longer. As far as irritating up-sells, I don't feel like I've ever gotten an up-sell for procedures or products either; Dr. Ladner "keeps it real." I also like the post-op attention/follow-up I get from his staff (phone calls checking on me, etc.). Getting something done has been new for me, and Dr. Ladner makes it comfortingly clear that after surgery I could call a member of his staff 24/7 if I had a post-op concern (I like that). For the procedures, I also like that he has his own personal full-fledged operating room AT his office dedicated for his use only. When getting something done, it is mentally comforting to already be familiar with the environment and the staff; no cold hospital or other "facility" with unfamiliar faces. From the look of this it appears that this group is running a high end sell shop. Your reps make the sale or 'pitch' but have no expertise. Doctors then only choose the most renumerative cosmetic procedure. Certainly your hippocratic oath to do no harm or perhaps guide those in need is missing. My guess is that there are a lot of unhappy outcomes. In short unless you are only 8 tersted in expensive cosmetic work dont come here. The business seems plagued by high staff turnover and employs unqualified people to manage operations. Their services are overpriced, and I didn't feel they delivered any value for the cost. When I tried to cancel, I was told I couldn't do so until completing three months and waiting an additional 30 days from the termination date. The policies are frustrating, and the overall experience was nothing short of awful. I'm genuinely baffled as to how this business is still operating. I would never recommend them. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Sensory, deprivation chambers, indoor and outdoor pools, and hot tubs, art therapy, a world class gym. Great food.
