There was no meaningful reassessment, no urgency, and no clear plan beyond recurring appointments and recurring prescriptions--along with monthly copays to keep them going. I saw Knight twice personally; the last visit ended with her selling me a $150 cash only injection that I later learned it was a short-acting numbing agent (about 24 hours). In my view, that is not responsible medical care. When my mother's pain shifted from her back to her hip, the diagnosis still didn't change and there was no push to look for other causes. We went to another pain clinic to treat her but it didn't work because they were addressing a "bulging disc" not duodenum cancer which was identified in the hospital the day prior to her death. I waited 16 months to post this because I didn't want to write out of raw grief. I'm posting now because I believe Pamela Knight's care was negligent: ongoing prescribing, little investigation, and no serious reassessment as symptoms worsened and changed. I do not recommend her, and I urge anyone considering her care to get a second opinion and go elsewhere.

I called and had been told that I needed to be seen (understandably as it had been about a year), but then was told that they had canceled their contract with my insurance (which I was never notified about) but they could see me for $250 instead of the $450 for an appointment (15 minute appointment), when I said that there was no way I could pay that much I was told that after speaking with the dr they could see me for $150. Felt like I was doing a drug deal for my meds. When I called Friday I left a message saying that I would be out that day and I was willing to get off meds but needed something to help as I was going from 3,000mg a day to 0. I received no response. With this high of dose you can have all kinds of bad responses such as seizures and such. Guess the "Do No Harm" doesn't count for Dr.Knight, as dropping like that was doing harm. Ended up in urgent care last night! Will be reporting her to the state. Even my pharmacist tried reaching out, with no response!!

I then decided to take advantage of a special that they had and bought cryotherapy sessions over the phone at a discounted rate. The person who sold them to me completely neglected to tell me the expiration date at all, or that the sessions would expire rather quickly after I purchased them. I then had a few things come up, and a few months did go by, after which I decided to call and schedule a cryotherapy session (or try to, anyway). I was told, rather nonchalantly, that the entire package I bought had expired. I asked if there was any way the expiration date could be extended. The answer was a resounding no because they had gone over to a new booking system in the time between the sale and my call. No further explanation was offered. The whole tone of this conversation was basically "oh no, looks like you're out of luck and lost some money. So sad! Nothing I can do about it! Gotta go!" Granted, the employee didn't use those phrases, but that's what it felt like overall. They seem like a business that is excited to sell products or services but doesn't really care about customer service once the sale has been made. I wish this business had been more transparent about the fact that if you buy any of their packages or services during a sale, that the expiration date rolls around quite quickly. If I had known this, I probably wouldn't have bought any specials in the first place simply because I'm a person who has a lot going on and also travels for work. I won't be coming back.

The nice Dr. Bovenzi was no longer present as he insulted me by telling me ears were always uneven and by the way, my eyes were uneven, too. I have been to another cosmetic surgeon and they don't want to touch it. This has been like this since I woke up from surgery and he just kept saying it will get better. Doctors then only choose the most renumerative cosmetic procedure. Certainly your hippocratic oath to do no harm or perhaps guide those in need is missing. The business seems plagued by high staff turnover and employs unqualified people to manage operations. Their services are overpriced, and I didn't feel they delivered any value for the cost. They offer stellate ganglion blocks, they offer ketamine treatment and they offer EMDR. They even have horses. Sensory, deprivation chambers, indoor and outdoor pools, and hot tubs, art therapy, a world class gym. Great food. I only interacted with the veterans and First Responders treatment crew, but they seemed Knowledgeable, genuinely caring and competent.
