The interaction felt unprofessional, unnecessarily hostile, and I was left feeling talked down to rather than helped. He had availability when first asking, then after talking down to me with an incredibly condescending tone, said he could not schedule me because it was only for patients that had other ailments, which was not advertised on his listing before purchasing the Groupon. Based on this experience and similar issues mentioned in other google reviews, I would not recommend this provider.

Misleading Groupon listing and shockingly dismissive treatment…read more My experience with this office was deeply frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a Groupon based on the detailed description provided on Groupon's own website. The listing clearly outlined the service and did not state that it was restricted to any specific medical condition. Based on that information, I reasonably believed I was purchasing a service that would be honored as advertised. When I called to ask questions and schedule, Dr. Warner was immediately dismissive and combative. Instead of calmly explaining the service, he invalidated my concerns, spoke down to me, and repeatedly implied that I was at fault for "not knowing" what the Groupon was supposedly intended for. He stated it was "only for cancer," despite that limitation not being clearly disclosed in the Groupon description. What was most unsettling was the tone -- angry, defensive, and demeaning. I was made to feel foolish for trusting the written advertisement and blamed for not using the Groupon sooner, even though no urgency or restriction was clearly communicated at the time of purchase. At no point did he take responsibility for how the offer was presented or acknowledge the confusion caused by his own listing. After this interaction, I looked through other reviews and saw a long-standing pattern of similar complaints involving Groupon purchases and hostile responses when customers try to use them. That consistency made my experience feel less like a misunderstanding and more like a recurring issue. If you choose to advertise services through Groupon, you should expect people to rely on what is written there -- and you should treat them with basic respect when they call. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution or avoid this office altogether.

Multiple surgeons told my mother that, for an 80-year-old, her back was in great shape. Pamela…read moreKnight told my mother her pain was from a "bulging disc," then kept her coming back for the same solution: more pain medication. What's unacceptable is how little changed over time. There was no meaningful reassessment, no urgency, and no clear plan beyond recurring appointments and recurring prescriptions--along with monthly copays to keep them going. I saw Knight twice personally; the last visit ended with her selling me a $150 cash only injection that I later learned it was a short-acting numbing agent (about 24 hours). In my view, that is not responsible medical care. When my mother's pain shifted from her back to her hip, the diagnosis still didn't change and there was no push to look for other causes. We went to another pain clinic to treat her but it didn't work because they were addressing a "bulging disc" not duodenum cancer which was identified in the hospital the day prior to her death. I waited 16 months to post this because I didn't want to write out of raw grief. I'm posting now because I believe Pamela Knight's care was negligent: ongoing prescribing, little investigation, and no serious reassessment as symptoms worsened and changed. I do not recommend her, and I urge anyone considering her care to get a second opinion and go elsewhere.

I had my pharmacy request my gabapentin for 3 weeks, finally they told me to reach out to them as…read morethey were not getting any response. I called and had been told that I needed to be seen (understandably as it had been about a year), but then was told that they had canceled their contract with my insurance (which I was never notified about) but they could see me for $250 instead of the $450 for an appointment (15 minute appointment), when I said that there was no way I could pay that much I was told that after speaking with the dr they could see me for $150. Felt like I was doing a drug deal for my meds. When I called Friday I left a message saying that I would be out that day and I was willing to get off meds but needed something to help as I was going from 3,000mg a day to 0. I received no response. With this high of dose you can have all kinds of bad responses such as seizures and such. Guess the "Do No Harm" doesn't count for Dr.Knight, as dropping like that was doing harm. Ended up in urgent care last night! Will be reporting her to the state. Even my pharmacist tried reaching out, with no response!!
