    Some of the horses

What an amazing tour. Emory is the best. Very knowledgeable about the horses. We had amazing views of them Well worth it. An experience of a lifetime

Our tour guide, Gator, made this trip awesome and worth repeating! He is so knowledgeable about the local area and spoke like a phd naturalist. He expertly explained everything about the area while navigating the landscape like a marine on a mission. We saw over 25 wild Spanish mustangs including two fowls! Highly recommend! Will definitely do this again next time we are in the area!

We went on a tour today to see the Spanish Wild Mustangs and it was amazing. We got to see so many of the horses and also learned a lot about the area as well as the animals. As a bonus we say a couple new areas that were marked off for sea turtle nests. Gator was our guide and he was the best. He told us all the ins and outs of the tour and I would recommend him as a guide to everyone.

What an amazing your. Smiley Riley was a great guide. She had amazing information about the area and was cheerful and upbeat. It took a little while to find the horses, but the trip was so fantastic we didn't even worry. It was an amazing way to spend a birthday. The weather wasn't amazing, but the adventure was once in a lifetime, well.... Until we come back. Haha

Justin was great! He was very personable and very informative about the horses and the Corolla area. He made the two hours fly by and we saw lots of horses! Great experience start to finish!

Incredible adventure! Our tour guide Gator was great! We saw about 40 wild horses and took a beautiful cruise up and down Corolla Beach, and Gator was sure to stop/slow each and every time we saw horses. Made two stops: the first being on the beach to get out and snap pictures of a group of 6 horses that were wading in the water, the second was at a park where Gator offered anyone who needed to use the restroom to do so. Ride was a bit bumpy but the seats were comfortable and Two hours round trip and definitely worth the price of admission!

Such a wonderful morning out for a tour. Our guide Justin was very informative and took us back through the neighborhoods to find the horses. We were blessed to see a few different herds of horses and a colt named Rocky. Justin was kind enough to stop a couple times when others on the tour dropped personal items. He made everyone feel welcomed. We enjoyed our experience and highly recommend this tour.

We did a horse tour and the kayak tour, it was awesome. Our guide, Brandon, was very knowledgeable and super helpful and friendly. This was a last minute decision and a great choice for horse tours!! Highly recommend this place!!

Excellent driver, Gary. Lots of information and saw lots of horses.

From my first conversation with Riley through the tour with Gary our experience was great. Riley was helpful setting up our family tour. The tour was good entertainment. Gary was an amazing guide. He was personable and very informative. We saw three families of horses. With each family, Gary shared a story that pertained to the family. We learned about Spanish Mustangs plus their environment. Be prepared for a bumpy ride which is part of the adventure.

Gator tries as hard as he can to show you what his job does, that is to show off Corolla's famous wild horses to visitors.

Nice way to spend an afternoon…read more After beach, sand, sun, beach, sand, sun, it was a nice break to do something different. Our neighbors at the house we rented suggested dolphin watching and recommended Capt. Stuart Wescott and his tour. Wasn't too happy that I had to travel down to Manteo (car travel in the Outer Banks can be murder - worst than the GW bridge in rush hour). Luckily, it wasn't as bad as I had feared. The quaint little town of Manteo was an added bonus. Nice seaport-esque village with nice quaint little stores. As for the cruise itself, you actually sail with Capt Wescott. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Told silly jokes to keep the voyage light hearted. Sold drinks at a very reasonable price. The bathroom was also very convenient and clean. Strangely, this seems to be a selling point compared to their competitors. Saw many dolphins. Very docile and peaceful. Don't expect any flips or spins or twists. This isn't a SeaWorld show. The captain was very patient. Kept us out there a while until everyone had their fill of watching dolphins swim. After the initial excitement of finding and seeing the dolphins, there's only so much more you can watch, at least for me. On the downside, it is a touch expensive for a ferry ride but comparable to everyone else. Overall, a nice alternative If you need a break from the beach to let the sunburn recover.

My family and I have enjoyed this particular company for several years now. We always see dolphins…read more The Captain is very knowledgable and entertaining. The boat is spacious, clean and shaded. I highly recommend Outer Banks Cruises A.K.A. Captain Johnny's Dolphin Tour.
