Always so understanding when things come up and an appointment has to be changed or cancelled, although it alters their schedules and I try not to, it does happen. Elsewhere you might get a smug 'ok', or even a charge applied to the account, here it is always so reassuring that they are there to make you feel better and know that things come up, they are there to make our lives easier and not harder and for that I will always return even as I moved farther away, it is well worth the drive each and every time.

I went to him…read morewhen I was in an immense amount of pain, and he took advantage telling me I had all sorts of health problems just from looking at my tongue and feeling my pulse. He pushed me on a package that was almost $400. I told him in our meeting that I would need to check with my health insurance first, but he persisted to push the package through. When I called him today to let him know that I needed the services broken into separate invoices, he hung up the phone on me! He also pushed herbal medication that was $75 and told me that I needed to take it for 1-week and he didn't even give me enough pills. When I brought this up as well, he argued back and hung up the phone on me again. He is also extremely full of himself. In my meeting with him he was bragging that people come from all over the world to see him. He also was telling me that I was 'so lucky' that he had even fit me in on the day that I saw him. The truth is that he wasn't a savior in the end, as I was in excruciating pain by nightfall after seeing him and had to take a combination of Tylenol 2 and Naproxen to manage the pain. I never leave reviews, but Tom Fung's conduct was appalling.

So far I have gone to both physiotherapy and chiropractor and both were very informative and helpful. They explain what they are doing and why, and will work together with others to make sure you get the best treatment. It's always clean and safety protocols are being followed whenever I am there. She identified the problem as being rooted in my hips and after just one session I was already feeling better. I went back to see her one or two more times but then I was *~*healed*~* so didn't need to return. Christa recommended me to their acupuncturist, Nada, as well to help with some issues with my jaw and neck. I went to see her twice and had a lovely experience. She did ask a lot of questions on the first visit but you can tell she's not just there to collect a cheque ... she really cares about your needs, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Prices are competitive, they do direct billing, and the space is really friendly and inviting. The receptionist even let me charge my phone behind her desk once while I was in my appointment! I haven't been back in awhile since their techniques have helped me (yay!), but will be back as needed, maybe for a massage next time.

I was worried about seeing a new RMT, as Jennifer was phenomenal and I didn't think anyone would be able to compare to her, but I took a chance on one of the other RMT's the office recommended - Kenneth Peddle, and I am a believer! Kenneth fixed my back and shoulders, and could read my sore muscles like an open book. I am feeling super great after my appointment and will be returning. He even gave me some stretches to do in the meantime. I would highly recommend this place - the office space is gorgeous, everyone is extremely friendly, and most importantly, the staff are all excellent medical professionals who really know their stuff.

They cancelation period is typically 24 hours prior. There is a receptionist who can handle appointments too. Service by every practitioner I've used and every receptionist is excellent. There is a comfortable waiting room. There is free WiFi. The clinic is wheelchair accessible. There are no customer washrooms, but there are washrooms closeby in the hospital.
