My masseuse was Charlotte, she did a great job and though my shoulders were a bit sore the next few days after from the knots she worked out, I really enjoyed the experience and know it was needed. The only things I did not love was that my room was directly next to the waiting area, so not the most relaxing when hearing conversations and individuals checking in and out. Also, I think my room may have have shared a wall next to laundry or kitchen, because 10 minutes or so in there was this constant, rhythmic noise that was anything but relaxing.
