When I contacted her at 12:16 about being charged and wanting to come in on our scheduled appointment at 1:00 since I paid for it already, but she wasn't in the salon. She then cancelled our future appointment, saying we were not a good fit... That part is correct. I was treated with very little compassion and respect. I don't need myI nail tech to kiss my ass but would appreciate them to be understanding, respectful and kind. To explain my side further, I was in a car accident a while back and also diagnosed with an autoimmune disease making my situation even more challenging to overcome. I've been in a lot pain for nearly 5 months straight and thus I dont sleep well. My body is not predictable day to day, leaving me unsure of how I'm going to get places and waste precious energy. Getting my nails done isn't top of my list but I like to feel pretty when I can. I thought I was being considerate in trying to communicate the day before minus 12 mintues that it wasn't a good idea for me to try to come in. I had a physical therapist appointment the morning of my scheduled appointment with her, and hadn't slept well the few days before. Those PT visits are exhausting to me! And painful. Now that I understand her policy, I should have just waited until the day of the appointment to see how I felt and not shown up at all, or gone in a little late, if I was even up for it. Either way, I would have gotten the same fees. Secondly, I wasn't even planning on mentioning the quality of work but will to further explain my side. My nails were left at uneven lengths, each finger was different. They were jagged on a few. And they chipped the next day. But again, I had been willing to give her another chance... Be careful with her and her strict policies. I will say she was pleasant to be around while she was doing my nails the previous time, which was why I had rebooked. But she was a bit harsh in text messages.. and again, not how I would have treated anyone I would have wanted to do business with or how I personally would have treated a client. One last thing to others, just consider things carefully before you give her or anyone your bank info to hold an appointment. Namaste Hannah.

I had recently gotten a full set of acrylics somewhere else, and they felt awful on my nails. Plus, the polish was starting to peel less than a week after getting them done. With Hannah's help, the awful acrylics were removed and my nails already feel so much better. I got a hard gel overlay to protect my nails and keep their natural length. I didn't know what color I wanted so I let Hannah choose, and she picked a stunning combination that I am absolutely in love with. Overall, I am extremely happy and my nails feel and look awesome! I would recommend Hannah to anyone who wants to get their nails done right!

I had promised my wife a couple's massage for weeks but I had forgotten to book in time. I called every massage business in my area that Google could find theday of the massage but no one was able to book me for a couple massage on such short notice. It's not like I could have put it off either because we hadspecifically lined up work and babysitters. I called Cure Touch Massage who told me that they didn't have anything available but that they would call theirtherapists and call me right back. Exactly what I needed. I am visiting Southeast Idaho and needed a massage for some low back pain I've had for years. Setting up an appointment was easy. The office was clean and professional looking, much nicer than most other massage therapy offices. And the massage was excellent. The prices at Cure Touch are affordable and I feel I got great value for my money. My therapist, did a great job, and had some good ideas I had not heard of before as treatment options to try. I had tommy as my massage therapist. She was great! I almost fell asleep so many times because I felt so relaxed and she didn't make small talk which I loved. However, before and after my massage when she did talk to me, she was so nice. I liked her so much and she made me feel so comfortable. I don't know what the name was of the receptionist, but she was also very nice. A great way to walk in and be greeted by her. The staff, cleanliness, and the massage were all 10/10. Best massage I've ever had and I have been receiving massages weekly since 2012. Kara was able to work my problem areas loose in a single visit. I was pain free in areas that are constantly tight and have remained pain free 24 hours later. Some muscles are slightly sore but the tightness and tension is gone. Kara seemed acutely aware during the massage and would encourage me to breath if I tensed up. She was great to ask if the pressure was too much or if I wanted to have deeper increased pressure.
