In addition, the price point, $75 for a one hour massage was extremely reasonable! We received a intake form before our visit to complete, or you were able to do onsite on preferences and what not. The waiting area is relatively small, but they get things moving and it was comfortable. You can add addons at that time as well, which vary from hot stones, to oil massages, aromatherapy and what not. My masseuse was Charlotte, she did a great job and though my shoulders were a bit sore the next few days after from the knots she worked out, I really enjoyed the experience and know it was needed. The only things I did not love was that my room was directly next to the waiting area, so not the most relaxing when hearing conversations and individuals checking in and out. Also, I think my room may have have shared a wall next to laundry or kitchen, because 10 minutes or so in there was this constant, rhythmic noise that was anything but relaxing. Hopefully something that can be kept in mind for future visits or patrons! I still thoroughly enjoyed my massage and would most definitely return. Everyone in my group was equally happy. Bonus points, they accept HSA & FSA accounts!

She told me about all of the people she knows that had bad reactions to vaccines. I was really uncomfortable. I could've asked her to talk about something else but I felt very vulnerable. I did try to steer the conversation away from vaccines, but she kept coming back to them. The massage was good but I can do without the anti-VAX conversation. There are literally 1 million other things you can talk to somebody about while giving them a massage.

The Town of Sugar City has a Mayor that has directly caused the need for my 10 year old dog to be…read moreput down. She lied to the Sheriff's when I called to report my neighbors dangerous dog was at large and in my yard. She told the Sheriff's that there were no dogs loose, allowing the dog to terrorize my dog for 4.5 hours. The stressed triggered her seizures to begin again. She has had multiple seizures over the last few days since this happened and even with an increase in her meds, her seizures won't stop. The vet recommended that we put her down. I just don't understand why anyone would intentionally lie and cause the death of someone's beloved pet just because I complained about the 7 vicious dogs that belong to my neighbor at a city council meeting. The dog that was loose and stalking my property belongs to this same man. He has been issued tickets but not brought to court in a timely manner so the tickets are dropped or he just doesn't pay them. His dogs are unvaccinated and have bit myself causing me to go through rabies vaccinations, as well as bitting my sons brother in law and attempting to bite the former Mayor. The new Mayor doesn't care about any of this. Instead she denies my rights as a resident of this city on two occasions by not allowing me to be put on the agenda to speak at the meetings about the situation. I just can't fathom why anyone would deliberately lie to the Sheriff's when anyone who might have walked by could have been attacked. She doesn't give a damn about the people in this city. She should be ashamed of her behavior. I truly hope she knows the pain she has caused and suffers the same fate she has left me to deal with. Karma is real.

I just want to pay for a one month tanning package and come and tan on the months I want. I don't want to have to remember to "pause" my membership. Also, the girls need to educate the customers. I was not asked any questions about my skin type. Which in return I have no idea what bed is best for me to use. They have multiple options for different levels of beds and memberships and I feel the girls need to educate each customer based off their skin type. (What bed, how many minutes, what package would suite you best) None of that info was given to me and I felt lost. Also, the hidden taxes and fees need to be told to the customer up front when they are purchasing their membership. After fees, my card gets charged almost $10 more per month than what I was quoted. I get that it's such a busy place and they are trying to get people In And out of the beds quickly but seriously, educate your staff so they can educate your customers! The girl helping me couldn't even tell me what each package consisted of without having another girl come over and help her.
