I've never been to a massage place that makes you pay PRIOR to the massage. The massage was very…read moremediocre. The room was cold because the door was cracked, lots of noise and the masseuse kept getting distracted as people kept popping in during the session. The massage was less than and hour. I was not satisfied with the massage. I honestly debated on not tipping but I tipped 12% and as I did that the masseuse tried to pressure me to give more by saying she gave a good massage. Which wasn't true. I ended up giving $1 more. As I was leaving she yelled something at me in her language. Which if I had to guess it probably wasn't something nice. Also there was a credit card charge, which also wasn't told to me. I will NEVER go back there and would never recommend anyone else to either.

I'm used to Asian foot massages including a little shoulder rub at least (some give you a partial body massage), but this one was purely just foot. The guy I had was just doing the same motions over and over on my foot for the entire hour. It was hard to give feedback in real time because I kept thinking ok... maybe it'll change after 30 mins -- it didn't! He had good pressure, but my main issue is that he didn't do anything else but rub the arch of my foot! I've had tons of foot massages and they would typically work on my heel, ankle, individual toes, etc. I didn't get any of that. My husband wasn't happy with his massage either. His masseuse didn't apply enough pressure even after repeated requests. When we checked out, we still tipped out of courtesy, but we let the owner know that we were both dissatisfied -- and all she said was, "oh you have to let me know you want someone really good and I will make sure you have a better one next time". So by default, we should expect a sub par experience?? She offered no discounts and happily took our full payment and tip ($140 for two mediocre massages!). There won't be a next time for us.

Tre asks you what your massage goals are and while I always seek relaxation, I have a stubborn SI joint that flares every so often. Yes, I should be stretching more, but Tre manages to work out my SI joint while also stretching me to work it out. He also seems to find knots that I didn't know existed and works them out to make me feel better. Like with all my massages with Tre, I start on my stomach and Tre puts a towel on my back and then adds a hot, moist towel to loosen my back. Tre leaves the towel on my back while working my legs so that by the time he works my back, my back is not as tight. His new location is really nice and welcoming. There are 2 large suites where other professionals in the industry work with a nice waiting area. The room I had was spacious and calming. Tre also puts a warming pad on the table so that you're not cold during your massage. I highly recommend Tre as he really pays attention to what you need and want and ensures that he meets your goals.

The first time I called to book an appointment, the first thing they asked was if it was through Groupon. I said yes and then they said they could only give me 9am (any day I asked for) which does not work for me as a person that works night shift. Finally, I arranged my schedule to make it work and I go in on 9AM and the lady asked if I have a Groupon, not my name or time or anything else. I say yes, and then she tells me she can't see me. I don't know what the point was of booking the massage and rearranging my schedule, if she doesn't honor an appointment. It sounds like they have something against Groupon, which they are allowed to I guess, but in that case then don't sell on Groupon.

During my sister's massage, her therapist told her to remove her underwear because she said it was "too tight." There was nothing wrong with asking if she was comfortable removing it, but the way it was said was rude, disrespectful, and made my sister feel uncomfortable. The biggest issue was that the two massage therapists spent most of our appointments talking to each other in their own language. Instead of enjoying a peaceful, relaxing massage, we had to listen to their conversation throughout most of the session. We couldn't relax because they were constantly talking, and it felt unprofessional. We also noticed that our massages ended in less than 50 minutes, even though we paid for a full hour. To top it off, they demanded a minimum 20% tip. I gave my therapist a $20 cash tip, and they charged my sister another $20 on her credit card. Since the massage was $70, that's far more than 20%. I have no problem tipping generously for great service, but tips should never be expected or demanded--especially when the service was rushed and unprofessional. Between the rude behavior, the constant talking during the massage, the shortened session, and the pressure to tip, this was one of the worst massage experiences I've ever had. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and professional massage.

Honestly I come for the foot reflexology , along with the fully clothed body massage, a 90 minute massage. First, your feet are soaking in clean hot water and you're laying back relaxed. She might start with a head and face and neck massage while your feet soak. Then she starts with your feet and legs and pressure points that help to relax and calm your body. Even just the foot massage allows the rest of your body to relax and you can feel the knots or the muscles that were tight in your back, legs and arms. start to loosen. Then you move to the higher table , and lay face down while she massages you from head to toe. I cannot get off the table quickly when she's done. I have to lay there a few minutes longer and take deep breaths. I move into the yoga baby position and stretch my back before I roll over to sit up on the side of the massage table and still take a moment to step onto the floor. I slowly gather my things. Put on my glasses, put on my shoes and I can't ever stop telling her , thank you.
