Long story short, a local coworker recommended Dr. Smith at Booker Chiropractic, so I called and got right in. Found the office to be clean and friendly. Dr. Smith quickly diagnosed my issue (sixth bone in my neck out of place) and made the necessary adjustments. I was in & out in under 30 minutes for $40, with the pain greatly diminished.

Today I went in because I tweaked my back got there and waited an hour before my husband who by the way had an appointment. When my husband walked in checked in 10 minutes before his appointment I thought they would do like they have done before and just put us in once it was his appointment time. It was now 15 minutes after my husbands scheduled time and a patient who had an appointment for after my husband walked in and the front desk girl don't know her name because one she is not friendly and unapproachable sent that patient directly to the room. This is uncalled for and although all my family including my father has gone here I will no longer tolerate it. If you want a place that you get seen within a reasonable time of an appointment or even wait time I would recommend going someplace else unless your schedule is completely empty. Dr might be good in fact great/amazing but service time and front office personnel could use some help!

When I talked to his Mama about his injury and treatment, she recommended Dr. Michael to us. I am glad I asked, and trusted her. We saw Dr. Michael today for a mysterious shoulder injury that my Husband has. We knew after seeing Cody recover, that Dr. Michael was going to be very skilled. First impression, the facility is very clean, with proper COVID-19 safety protocols practiced. Dr. Woywood sat and explained everything he would do, as well as receiving other analysis and physical therapies with his associates. I only visited for one month, but the change in my posture became very apparent after just a few visits. The actual adjustments are very quick, so it's something you can easily do during your lunch break. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because a number of times I'd see the employees walking around without their mask. Although they would put their masks on once a customer walked in, the mask would sometimes become chin masks as soon as the customer walked away. And with the number of elderly patients coming in, employees just need to do a better job practicing the health and safety protocol. Otherwise, this is a great clinic. The front desk nurses/associates were always fun to talk to; Dr. Woywood is very good at what he does; and the prices seem very reasonable.

His staff is very friendly and the office is well organized & clean. Since it was my first visit, I had made an appointment a few days prior. However, I was told that all future visits would be on a walk-in basis (no appt required). The doctor listened well while I explained my health issues and he asked good questions. He gave me an adjustment and we discussed follow up care (ice, heat, etc). Then he sent me over to the masseuse for a ten minute therapeutic massage. Shocking--the ten minute massage was INCLUDED in the already low cost of my first appointment. Not only that, but I found a $10 off coupon on the EC website to lower the cost even more--Score! My only regret is that I didn't visit him sooner! I have been procrastinating my chiropractic care since my medical insurance lapsed last month. As it turns out, I didn't need to worry at all. Express Chiropractic is very reasonably priced and today's visit (without insurance) cost me less than my typical copays in the past. I love the idea of cutting out over-complicated insurance companies to free up both time & money to reduce costs. This more affordable patient-direct pricing and the way it encourages wellness visits vs sick care, is part of what sets this doctor apart.
