Pain management Thats a funny story…read more Went in for: 1. Pain block for hip.. hurt like crazy. Did nothing for me. 2. Dr refered me for a ankle nerve block. Office PA said this shot hurts bad. Said it would be best if i had sedation. Insurance does not pay for it so I paid $200.00 for it. They put me on the procedure table.. stuck me 4 times to get an iv in. Have never had any one put in an iv while laying on my stomach.. they prepared my lower back. I NEVER FELT THE SEDATION OR ANY TYPE OF RELAXATION. they shot lidocaine in and injected me.. the worse pain ever. I asked what they gave me ketamine. Said it is what the DDS uses to pull teeth. I should of asked before paying for it.I will say Id rather give birth. I asked how long it would take to see if i get any relief.. they said 2-3 days up to a week. We are on day 3 no relief. No follow up call to see if im okay... nothing. I called my orthopedic dr. He is getting my records for a REAL PAIN DR. MY opinion NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

I was never informed that I was going to be seeing a new chiropractor Austin Acosta left the practice and I went in for my appointment and my appointment was with Peter Acosta, I had never been informed again that I would be with a new chiropractor. Peter Acosta is a five star chiropractor as well so I had been happy with my chiropractic care at pro care. Fast forward to March/April, I go in for my appointment and to my surprise, I am introduced to another chiropractor without being informed or given the choice if I'd like to stay with my appointment or cancel since peter Acosta was now gone. I went in and met with Mikel Richter whom I talked with and felt very comfortable with him working on me. He's definitely a5 star. I've been going in weekly and decided to go 3 weeks out since I was going to be out of town, when I return, I go in first thing Monday morning to get my adjustment was not told anything until I am getting ready to walk out the door that as of August 1 Blue Cross Blue Shield will no longer be accepted. I was asked if I would like to set up an appointment to use my insurance one last time, I went ahead and set up appointment for July 31st. I was in a hurry, so I was not able to address my concern about not being advised at least 30 days in advance that my insurance would no longer be accepted. On Monday July 29th I received a message from April that my appointment on July 31st will be private pay and they will not except my insurance. I contacted her back to share my concerns and frustration and asked for someone higher, which she advised me she would put in the request to Amanda to have her contact me back which to this day August 6 I have not received a call from Amanda. This company has horrible communication issues and every person that considers going here should be aware. The communication is very poor and they definitely have not shown any care towards me as a patient that they want to keep me as a patient, that is the business office and not the actual chiropractor. April was informed by me to cancel my appointment for the 31st but then goes and schedule's me an appointment for the 30th at 6:30pm

For over five years I've had shoulder and hip pain that kept getting worse. Was told it was just…read morearthritis and I'm too active and workout too much. Well, finally I found out my spinal column was narrowing and pinching off my nerves. I don't believe in pain pills or shots so PT it was. First day they took the time to listen to my issues and concerns. Worked on my problem area and gave me what seemed like easy exercises to do from home and with the little ball to help get areas. Holy cow... I felt like ground up meat the first couple days, and icing helped a lot. By the third or fourth day my numbness in my arm and some of the pain areas started to fade. Since then I've had four other sessions and my back, arms and leg feel so much better. My mobility is better than it's been in years. Back in the gym and I don't remember the last time I lifted pain free where my muscles hurt more than my joints. I cannot recommend them enough. As far as I'm concerned, they are miracle workers.
