I'm in town on business and have been suffering from a sore neck/upper back for the past few days, which made for a miserable flight in. Long story short, a local coworker recommended Dr. Smith at Booker Chiropractic, so I called and got right in. Found the office to be clean and friendly. Today I went in because I tweaked my back got there and waited an hour before my husband who by the way had an appointment. When my husband walked in checked in 10 minutes before his appointment I thought they would do like they have done before and just put us in once it was his appointment time. It was now 15 minutes after my husbands scheduled time and a patient who had an appointment for after my husband walked in and the front desk girl don't know her name because one she is not friendly and unapproachable sent that patient directly to the room. This is uncalled for and although all my family including my father has gone here I will no longer tolerate it. If you want a place that you get seen within a reasonable time of an appointment or even wait time I would recommend going someplace else unless your schedule is completely empty. Dr might be good in fact great/amazing but service time and front office personnel could use some help!
