His staff is very friendly and the office is well organized & clean. Since it was my first visit, I had made an appointment a few days prior. However, I was told that all future visits would be on a walk-in basis (no appt required). The doctor listened well while I explained my health issues and he asked good questions. He gave me an adjustment and we discussed follow up care (ice, heat, etc). Then he sent me over to the masseuse for a ten minute therapeutic massage. Shocking--the ten minute massage was INCLUDED in the already low cost of my first appointment. Not only that, but I found a $10 off coupon on the EC website to lower the cost even more--Score! My only regret is that I didn't visit him sooner! I have been procrastinating my chiropractic care since my medical insurance lapsed last month. As it turns out, I didn't need to worry at all. Express Chiropractic is very reasonably priced and today's visit (without insurance) cost me less than my typical copays in the past. I love the idea of cutting out over-complicated insurance companies to free up both time & money to reduce costs.
