However the platinum wash was not getting my car clean every time. So I was considering halting the membership . But, lo and behold, the car wash machine made the decision for me by CRACKING MY WINDSHIELD. This was not just a small crack . It's super long and spans the driver and passenger sides of the car. There was no nick small crack prior to entering the car wash. The car wash associates were understanding when I told them I needed to cancel my future membership due to the damage. I also, asked if I could get a refund on the $39 membership for this month. They told me that the manager would reach out to me but the manager has not called. Why doesn't the manager give the associates the authority to process a simple refund? The manager must be a control freak ! I guess the manager who does not show up to "work" at a car wash where the customers and machine do all the work is a lazy, incompetent person with poor customer service skills. Seriously, I gave the manager a chance and waited. In the nearly 2 weeks while I waited it been such a hassle to replace the windshield. I had to make an appointment at auto glass replacement, showed up, then they told me the windshield was bit there. So I went elsewhere, had to work with my insurance who will only pay a portion of the $2000 after I pay the deductible . Save yourself the trouble . When I explained that I opted out of an exterior wash because I was expensing my wash with my work, he then offered to run my car through the wash quickly at no additional charge so that I could leave having the full experience. I am blown away at their willingness to go the extra mile! They are fair with a smile and everyone is working SO hard here!! The regular car wash isn't always the best because they never dry it completely and water would be dripping still from the mirrors and the back windshield and some places when driving off. Recently I came in for a wash and Noberto talked me into getting my car waxed. He said it's usually $149 but if I did it that day, he would give me a special price of $99.99. I love to drive a clean car all the times so after some thoughts, I told him it's okay to do it. Well, it took them about an hour, and two guys to do it but the car was beautiful when it was done. Not sure if it's worth 100 bucks though because the mobile car wash that usually comes to do my car wash charging me half of the price and the car came out just as nice! I think those guys do a lighter wax on my car as well. I have to wait after my next wash and see if the wax is still nice as he quoted me 3 months lasting.

Broke my radar wire and didn't take responsibility…read more I've been using Deets Mobile for 6 years and generally been satisfied with their car wash service. However, I'm writing this review so others can be aware of how they handle problems. During my last wash, their tech accidentally damaged the wire connector to my radar system. When I brought this to management's attention, they completely denied responsibility and said "you should have brought this up sooner." No apology, no offer to help resolve a $150 repair, despite being a loyal customer for years. The disappointing part isn't that accidents happen - they do. It's the complete lack of professionalism in handling the situation. After thousands of dollars spent and referring multiple family members, even a small gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. They operate like they have a monopoly, but they don't. Just look around. You're going to find much better options out there, like I have. I won't be using them anymore. Tip for other customers: Document your car's condition before they start work.
