They have a new location (at least new to me) which it seems they leveled up big time. Ryan and Reese provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about other tint shops I've used in the past. The workmanship is top-notch, the customer service is exceptional and the experience reminds me why I keep coming back. I'll save you guys some time and will give you the cliff notes of what happened. I brought in my brand new Porsche to get the front two windows tinted to match the factory tint on the other windows. I spoke to Sam and everything was all fine. My windows got tinted. It was a rainy day so I took the keys went home, my husband inspected the tint and unfortunately there was damage to the pillars of my car windows because the technician used a torch gun and it melted the side panels. We immediately went back up to the store, explained to Sam what happened Sam immediately took accountability and responsibility for getting this resolved on the next business day. Sam offered to get our car fixed at a non-Porsche repair shop, which did not sit well with us, considering our car was brand new fresh off the lot and we didn't feel comfortable taking the car to a place that was not Porsche certified. They were recommending this option because of the labor price difference and I assume they wanted to try to cut cost for the repair. We shared that that was not acceptable and Sam did arrange for my car to get repaired at Porsche and worked with my service advisor to coordinate the drop off and repair of my vehicle. The whole ordeal took about two weeks, but my car did get fixed to our standards and Sam always led with wanting to do the right thing and I'm glad that we were able to get this resolved. So if you do decide to get your windows tinted here, please be sure to do a thorough inspection and I hope that my unfortunate experience will help prevent any future damage to anyone else's car. I'm still leaving four stars because the tint itself does look fine and Sam was fair to work with.

Laura stayed in touch and updated on the status of the car, which was done by noon the next day. Pickup was smooth, and Laura pleasantly assisted throughout the whole process. I bought a certified car from these folks that (unbeknownst to me) had $30,000 worth of pre…read moreexisting conditions and issues. it needed a Timing cover reseal Valve cover gaskets Cardan shaft Alternator Starter relay switch Replacement fuel pump as part of a recall an endless list of warranty repairs Before purchasing, I received documentation from the service manager, used car manager, and certifying Porsche technician that the car passed the 111 point CPO inspection and had no oil leaks or issues. I noticed after purchase issues immediately and brought the vehicle back to have them resolved. On three separate occasions when the car was in for service, I was assured that oil leaks were residual oil from previous repairs that had not been cleaned up. To protect them from any liabilities, they used this as an excuse to cover up their lies. The undercarriage was repeatedly detailed to hide the leaks, and the issues were never resolved. Between service and sales, the entire team was dishonest and disrespectful. I worked with Robert Fischer (sales), Maria Perez-Castillo (service manager), Anette (assistant service manager), Tim Tauber (general manager), Evan Lebrun (service advisor), & Simon Chen (service advisor). None of these individuals were transparent with me, and absolutely no one at this dealership made an effort to ensure that my Macan Turbo was up to CPO spec. I am disappointed with the outcome and how after 8 attempts, no one at the dealership made an effort to solve the problem to my satisfaction. On 6/23/2023 I proposed a solution to remedy my dissatisfaction. I have not received a satisfactory response. I am shocked that Porsche Newport Beach would be so short sided as to where they are more inclined to rip off their customers and the manufacturer on warranty work than operate in a truthful and respectful manner.

My Explorer was left with dirty tires because the handle to activate the cleaner was broken (see video). I ended up paying $18 and left with dirty wheels and tires. For the same price price I could have paid the local car wash to do it for me instead of me doing it myself. I probably will use this very limited instead of regularly like I have been for years.

Bugs splat everywhere. Since we were picking up my daughter at the airport to join us for the weekend, I found Newport car wash via Yelp. The price was right. They Hana nice set up where one friend who didn't want to be under the sun stayed inside in the air conditioned waiting area. My other friend, daughter and I wanted to so we placed the chairs around so we can suntan and watch my car being hand polished at the same time. Car was finished , old man did a great job. Car is still clean and we are heading to the next destination.
