Pricing was very competitive, and the level of customer service was on par with the Four Seasons -- attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely focused on quality. From start to finish, the communication was clear, the workmanship was flawless, and the attention to detail was next-level. I brought my BMW to Bayview Auto Spa for a full polish and buff. I left my car with the crew for about 5 hours, expecting it to come back clean and corrected. When I picked it up, the car still had visible swirls and scratches, almost like nothing was actually polished. To make things worse, the crew on-site didn't speak English, so I couldn't communicate the issue with them directly. I called and texted the manager right after to explain the situation, but I never received any reply. No follow-up, no apology, nothing. For the price and the time I left my car, this is not acceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're expecting proper paint correction or any kind of professional communication. read more

20/10 - Highly Recommend! As a parent, my car was a disaster - food stains, crumbs, dirty footprints, stroller marks, and more. On top of that, my car had water damage from the third brake light recall, which left unsightly stains on the ceiling. I honestly wish I had taken before and after pictures because the transformation was nothing short of incredible! When I came to pick up my car, I could hardly believe my eyes. It looked brand new! I've tried everything to remove these stubborn stains before, and even others had given it a go, but this is the only place that was able to tackle them successfully. I'm still in awe that they managed to completely remove all the stains, even the toughest ones! If you want your car to look spotless and brand new, this is the place to go. Marco and his team do incredible work! I've used their full detail service a couple of times, as well as their general wash and vacuum, and every time they go above and beyond. My car always looks like it just came off the dealership lot. They take extra care with the details--like thoroughly cleaning the mats and removing every bit of sand and pet hair. Bayview Auto is in my office structure, so I tried it once for the sake of convenience. Now, I keep coming back because of the great service. My car feels like new everytime I get it washed by Bayview. There's a few water spots here and there, but let me tell you, the inside is cleaned well. I eat in my car, so there's usually crumbs everywhere. Bayview vacuums up all the crumbs, wipes down the dashboard, and even organizes any items I accidentally left inside. The owner is a sweet family man, and he will get your car done in the time you need it by. Prices are reasonable for the outcome. I definitely recommend their carwash and detail services. I haven't tried their tinting services,so I can't comment on that. The only thing I question is if they have rain guarantee. I'll have to ask next time. read more

I have had Ernie and his crew clean my car a few times and it affordable, convenient and what a great job they do. The car wash facilities is located in a parking structure off of Bayview Circle. Ernie is outside every morning with a smile on his face waiting for his customers to arrive. My car has always been super clean after I take it to Bayview. I've been one of Ernie's customers ever since I worked next door (about 13 years) and I have NEVER had my car cleaned as well as they do at Bayview Auto Detailing. The gas cap would slide off the trunk of my car because it was so smooth the work they do!!
