I believe they replied back around 7/7:30 am too. When they arrived, they were happy and ready to start. The service was so thorough. They know how to be very efficient with their time. I was relieved when I told them my time constraint and was fine with accepting a car that wasn't perfectly cleaned out, but they said to not worry and that they could still give it the clean I wanted within the time frame. I was quoted and accepted terms. I was scheduled for 1 pm. At 12:45 I was called and asked if 3 pm will work as they wanted to squeeze someone else in before me. I guess that customer is more important.. We agree'd 1:30 will work. At 1:46 they texted and stated they are 15 mins away however stopping for lunch. That's nice because I have nothing else in my life going on. At 2:09 they stated 7 minutes away. The math isn't adding up. Finally arrived at 2:17. Did a half ass job. Definitely would NOT recommend and will not rehire. read more

The my were great at responding: quick and professional. The detail job was okay. I got a complete interior detail. The two guys seemed to rush through it. I pointed out several things that were not finished. They said they forgot their small brush so couldn't get the crevices that well... You can't tell my car was detailed. Looks like a standard wash and wipe down. There are still marks, scuffs and stuff in the crevices. The owner gave me $50 off for the shoddy job, but I wouldn't go back or recommend. read more

They did a good job cleaning my car, but I was expecting a hand wax on the exterior. Instead the technician used a soap/wax combination liquid to wash the car. He said the wax would last about 4 weeks. Which is not very long. Afterwards I checked their website and they do not offer hand wax with any of their packages, or as an adder. I initially contacted them and set up the appointment through Yelp, so did not go through their website. I would have used someone else if I had known. Buyer beware. read more
