The office is off of Lindbergh (closer to I-55) it's fairly easy to find. Parking lot is a tight squeeze. Nice clean office, albeit smallish with about 4-6 chairs. After being greeted by Jenny, I didn't wait long for consult maybe 5-8 mins whilst Dr. LeBlanc finished with another patient. Here is my Chiropractic visit in three easy steps.. First, a brief history, the doc made suggestions. Then, into a massage room where a lovely woman (sorry, can't remember her name) placed pads on my back connected an EStim machine... Wow! When I met Dr. Josh, I was just beginning to get active and suffered from terrible posture,…read moredigestive issues, chronic tension headaches, and sciatica, to a degree that on occasion, just a sneeze or a cough would cause my right knee to just give out altogether for a split second, and I'd have to grab something for support just to avoid falling. His technique, upper cervical, was, in my mind, the ONLY form of chiropractic care anyone should receive ever. It strikes me as the difference between western and eastern approaches to medicine. Standard chiropractic corrects what is out of place manually... which means there's no addressing what CAUSED the displacement of bones, so often times, a person leaves after an adjustment in standard chiropractic care and 3 hours later, pops the bone right back out of place because the habit that caused it hasn't changed. In the case of upper cervical care, Dr. Josh adjusts only the vertebrae which impede neurological messaging systems to and from the brain... Then allows the brain to do the rest. Not only is this far less invasive and less potentially dangerous, but it means your body and spine have the opportunity to begin to learn to correct themselves, rather than adapting to think they don't have to because your chiropractor will do it FOR them. Net results were INCREDIBLE. In the beginning I needed an adjustment literally weekly. After 6 months or so I was easing back to needing one once a month... and now when my body feels out of whack, I literally just do a series of stretches and I hear and feel the corrections happen ENTIRELY ON THEIR OWN!!! Since receiving his care, I've been able to improve my posture, and overall adaptability, to an extent that I was able to completely change my overall physiology, become MUCH more active, and even went on to become a personal trainer... a dream that wouldn't even have crossed my mind if I hadn't been "released" from my old patterns of pain and discomfort. So my Appt was in May and in the middle of Sept I get a bill for $19.50 because there was 2 months of finance charges on the bill also. I was not happy with anything the Dr. did yet I still paid the money because I thought she was going to help me and I was sent to her by a friend. I never went back because I felt totally ripped off!!!! So instead of just writting this amount off she is actually going to argue about this with me 4 months after the fact.
