Over the years, I have been lucky enough to work with Dr. Fishel directly and while I still receive adjustments from her every now and then, most of my adjustments are provided by Dr. Christine Carson. Every now and then, they have students in the room to observe and I have even been adjusted by a student, Dr. Isabelle. Of course, it's scary to offer my body as practice for a student, but I have full trust in her and know that she would not be adjusting if she was not fully ready and prepared. The front desk gal, Julie, is a delight and I just love how friendly she is when I arrive. The energy in this office is just what I need and I am really happy to continue working with this team. My body feels so much better than it ever has. While sometimes it takes a few tries to get my body cracked or adjusted, we work together to get things moving the right way and as the team knows, I laugh when a good 'pop' happens. It's really the best part of my week. Maybe last year (or the year prior) they began offering packages for adjustments which can help save some money so I signed up for a package which means I am going to continue for at least another year! To me it is important to share: This practice crossed very serious ethical and professional boundaries during the course of my care. When I raised concerns in an attempt to resolve the issues, my concerns were not addressed. The issues persisted and in fact escalated. Rather than addressing any of this, OPC instead terminated my care. Following termination, I dealt with repeated contact and inappropriate behavior from individuals associated with the practice, actions which were intrusive and extremely distressing. All of this significantly affected my sense of safety and well-being and continues to do so. Patients enter clinical care expecting professionalism, boundaries, ethical conduct, and accountability. Those standards were certainly not upheld. I have had great experiences at many other practices across the St. Louis region. I cannot more strongly recommend that patients look elsewhere.

I'm supposed to be home feeding my.little girl who has down syndrome. My wife has waited as long as 2 hrs past her time. Again, we are still patients. The wait is worth it as our issues are getting resolved health wise, but you'll want to plan ahead like bring a book like war and peace or build a house while waiting or I don't know solve time travel.
