Some didn't respond, others couldn't do the services, others still only did commercial products. Pro Backflow on the other hand was responsive, offered reasonable prices, and ample availability. During my appointment, I found the service tech offered a good explanation of what he did and offered to file the paperwork for me with the city. My only two points of improvement is the service technician started the work on my house without even knocking on the door or meeting me. I just started hearing drilling. At best, it didn't matter, at worst, it could have been the wrong house! Second, I never hear back for days after the service tech left. I had to reach out to offer my final payment and figure out if they filed my paperwork. Overall good, but Pro Backflow can clean up the edges a bit.

Plumber drove off without a word…read more We just bought a house and found plumbing issues a month after moving in. Was informed by agent that the prior owner used Eagle Air and that the issues should be covered under their warranty. Contacted Eagle Air twice for two different jobs. The first job, we already knew the issue but they charged us a service fee just to confirm the issue and quoted $495 for the job. Very confused as we were under the impression the job would be under warranty. They denied doing the plumbing work in question and would not warranty the work. There was a lot of back and forth because agent is saying that they did do the work and that they would come back as long as we provided the part. This was all very frustrating and confusing to us. The second job, they came out and gave another quote but on the quote they added that there was "no guarantee or warranty on this work" which took me by surprise. They also added unnecessary details on the estimate about the realtor. This is not standard practice on what is typically written in an estimate and made me feel as if they don't stand by their work. I called the owner to raise my concerns with the estimate and to ask about the first job. He denied that they would come back. He talked to the plumber and before I knew it, the plumber drove off without a word. I am completely shocked by the audacity and service. I don't trust this provider and will not do business with them. I don't recommend anyone to do business with them based their actions.

One yelp inquiry later within minutes, Cori and his team sent out Jason to help us out the next day (as we requested). We were given a window of 11 am - 1 pm and for the first time I've ever been given a window of arrival, Jason showed up promptly at 11 am. He went to work on inspection, giving recommendations, and then replacing the entire trifecta. We ran into some hiccups along the way where some pipe was dented from age and needed to be replaced and that was taken care of swiftly. We also have a napping newborn and he was miraculously able to sleep through the work and Jason was kind enough to work gently during the naps. After the job was done we chatted for a bit and he was on his way. Later that night I did notice a small leak coming from one of the couplings and Jason quickly returned the same night to fix the issue despite it being late. I even said we could wait until tomorrow but he insisted on getting to fixed. A quick fix later, all was well. I have working water pressure throughout the house and no more leaks. The wife and baby are very happy. Thank you to Jason for all the help and a huge thank you to Sonia for coordinating all this!! She was super quick on communication and was always patient and empathetic. And thank you to Cori for being on standby to support us through tonight. Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?
