I ended up having him put in a cleanout that he completed by the next morning. Turns out, I had a collapsed pipe under my slab. Booby showed me the video of it and got me a quote right away to address it. I felt the estimate was very fair and they even credited the clearing of the pipe and the addition of the cleanout against the major repair under my slab. He was back the next morning with a team of guys who fixed the issue within 2 days. They kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. Bobby is in fact the nephew of the owner, Juan, who came out multiple times during the repair to ensure everything was going smooth. The owner even helped in cleaning the debris at the end of the job and took debris he wasn't even responsible for to the dump for me. Above and Beyond! David is a Master of His Craft. If you are looking for a plumber who actually cares about the integrity of your home, look no further than DP Plumbing. I hired David for a bathroom remodel in my 1950s home. What started as a simple shower and floor update quickly turned into a major rescue mission. Once we tore it down, David discovered that over half of the subfloor was completely destroyed and there were broken pipes hidden under the house. Here is why David and his team are in a league of their own: Integrity & Initiative: The previous builders had buried a cleanout under the shower where it was inaccessible. Without me even asking, David took it upon himself to do the job the right way. He broke through the exterior cement, installed a new cleanout, and repoured the concrete. He didn't just hide the problem; he fixed it for good. Insane Work Ethic: I was on a strict 2-week deadline. To make sure the job was done correctly and on time, David and his crew stayed at my house until 10:00 PM on multiple nights. They never complained--they just worked. Stunning Craftsmanship: The results are breathtaking. We now have floor-to-ceiling subway tile and a massive 4-foot custom granite bench. I just hired Dp Plumbing again to fix my leaking toilet and bathroom sink. They took their time to explain the process and what they will fix. Also upfront pricing which was very reasonable. One yelp inquiry later within minutes, Cori and his team sent out Jason to help us out the next day (as we requested). We were given a window of 11 am - 1 pm and for the first time I've ever been given a window of arrival, Jason showed up promptly at 11 am. He went to work on inspection, giving recommendations, and then replacing the entire trifecta. We ran into some hiccups along the way where some pipe was dented from age and needed to be replaced and that was taken care of swiftly. We also have a napping newborn and he was miraculously able to sleep through the work and Jason was kind enough to work gently during the naps. After the job was done we chatted for a bit and he was on his way. Later that night I did notice a small leak coming from one of the couplings and Jason quickly returned the same night to fix the issue despite it being late. I even said we could wait until tomorrow but he insisted on getting to fixed. A quick fix later, all was well. I have working water pressure throughout the house and no more leaks. The wife and baby are very happy. Thank you to Jason for all the help and a huge thank you to Sonia for coordinating all this!! He told me it wasn't necessary since they weren't leaking and that if I decide to ever replace the faucets, then that would be the time to do it. His honesty saved me money and I appreciated it. I've had issues with pinhole leaks in my pipe 3 times since I've lived here. I recently saw a stain on the ceiling of my garage. A bathroom is just above it.
