So I accidentally flushed a sponge down the toilet which backed it up! Raymond came out and first tried to vacuum it out, to no avail. He was able to remove the toilet, found the sponge, and put the toilet back in place. He was very professional, and I was happy that he tried the least invasive/expensive solution first. Is this company for real? I called to get a kitchen sink line cleared. It was $25 more than other companies but could do the work within the hour. The line was cleared but there was no feedback to flag that the under sink area was damp... Obviously from a leak. No mention of dripping from a iron pipe in the wall that the sink connected to. I'm telling you a real plumber would say, "dude, there's something more to fix here." I've tried to contact the plumber to get more info. No reply. read more

Update 08/13/2023: The pilot light of my water tank kept went out so I called the company that installed it which is Complete Plumbing and Rooter. Jovan answering my calls and explained what steps I should do since my water tank is still under warranty, true to his instructions, I contacted the manufacturer's company, after some questions and answers, they told me to go Ferguson to get the parts and have the plumber to install it. Had a fantastic experience with Complete Plumbing and Rooter. There was a dark spot in the ceiling that we noticed one afternoon and when we touched it, the ceiling felt wet and soft. Argh! We knew it was a leak and didn't want to wait on it because having leaks from the second story is never good. As always I turned to Yelp to see if I can find someone local to help us. This company had great legit reviews so I called Complete Plumbing and spoke to Paul. Even though it was already late in the afternoon he offered to send his technician out the same day. Michael arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Our upstairs toilet needed to be better sealed as the wax ring had stopped being effective. I love that they also take Zelle as payment so no need to write a check or run to the bank for cash. There was a little bit of a mix up with the pricing as Michael and I didn't completely understand each other. But it was totally understandable bc it had been a long day for him. I did bring up my confusion with Paul who was super honest and great about it. He immediately resolved my concern and I'm truly thankful we found an honest reliable company that we can count on. The repair was $249. There is a separate fee of $49 for opening up the ceiling but it is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair. I felt the pricing was reasonable and fair. Just had to leave a review for Mike, awesome guy, explained everything and gave possible options. Had 3 other "5 star plumbers" come out for estimates for a possible leak from upstair's restroom to the bottom bedroom. One didn't even show up, the other 2 said they had no idea unless they opened up the ceiling. Understandable but I asked what are the possible scenarios, issues, etc; maybe shower, toilet, toilet flange? I have been a home owner and stubborn DYI person long enough to know how to at least make an educated guess on the issue or at least pretend I know what I am talking about. Mike came on time, looked at the issue and pinpointed 2 additional items that I did not realize could be causing the leak; explained the possible issues and gave me an idea how much it would cost. I have big leak coming out from corner of the house, call Complete plumbing and they came out right away for inspection. Come to find out, there are pipe leaking under concrete. Mike and Art came next day and took out concrete and fix the leaking pipes. Finish in 3 days, put back concrete and tiles back in my house and everything look perfect again. I wasn't going to write a review, but I am, so others know what to expect and to be cautious. I contacted them on yelp just like I did with other companies to have my water pressure looked at for my washer since there was little water pressure that will not fill up my washer. The owner responded on yelp, said he can have someone come to my house to take a look at it the next day and it is a free estimate. The guy came in checked the hose from the washer and it was good checked the other end of the hose where it connects to the pipe and hit the hose with his hand a little rock and some debris. Put the hose back in and the water started working again. Great!! The plumber was only inside the house for 12 total minutes. The problem started, my wife was the one that was home, the guy told my wife its a $140.00 charge. That was the service fee charged. Then the guy said he can take $130.00. Different prices in less than 10 seconds. They accept credit card payments. She was completely shocked and so was I. I thought it was a free estimate. You fixed the issue so okay, I was thinking $40 even $60.00 for just looking at the hose and hitting it with your hand to fix it. The guy did not tell my wife that he was going to charge to look at the hose. I am 100% sure that any other plumbing company will do the same exact thing he did was check the hose first. If that wasn't that issue then it would be the pipes then they will give me the estimate for that. Something was up. So I told my wife to pay with card so I can message the guy on here and see what is going on. The guy said I have to call and you will have to give your credit card over the phone. Found that odd. For being such a big company you take credit card payments over the phone and not in person. Plus my wife found it fishy because how did the price go from $140.00 to oh I will take $130.00. The person he was calling never answered, so he told my wife that someone will call you to take payment and left the house. I called the company. I explained the situation to him. He tells me their service fee is $125 and he will give me a $50 discount because the plumber didn't tell my wife he will charge, so he is going to charge me $75. I was shocked. How did the service fee pricing go from $140 to $130 to $125. It a service fee of $125 per hour he said. I brought it up and the owner completely ignored how does a service fee have 3 different pricing if it suppose to be a set price and says I don't want to argue so what do you want to do? This has me baffled. No where in the messages you told me it is a $125 service fee. No where does the plumber state if I check this it will be $125.00. They wanted to charge me the $125 for him checking the hose and hitting the hose on his hand, Because that fixed the issue it is $125. If I would of known they charge a service fee for coming down to my house and checking the hose then I would have told them to come by and give me a free estimate. I think they weren't expecting the hose to be the issue to be honest, so they were like Oh I fixed the issue that is $140.00 because I fixed it. What is the purpose of you guys coming down to the house and checking to give a free estimate of the repair if you guys don't give an estimate, just check and see and you find the issue, fix it yourself, then charge a service fee? Just say it is a $125.00 service fee for you guys to come down and look at the issue. It is like if I take my car to a mechanic because it is making a noise and its a free diagnostic to take a look at the car. But if you find out what the issue is and say oh there was a screw stuck between the motor and you decide to take out the screw without telling me and then tell me oh that's $200.00 because I fixed the issue.. You will be like what?? It is a free diagnostic and you want to charge me $200 because you took out a screw and fixed the issue. I didn't tell you to remove the screw. I'll give you money though because you did fix my issue. Thank you. This is why I am writing the review, since they didn't want to acknowledge their mistake and made it seem like I am the one that is wrong. So if you have a plumber come to your house. MAKE SURE YOU TELL THE PLUMBER, IS THIS A CHARGE FOR YOU TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE HOSE (WHICH IS SOMETHING THEY SUPPOSE TO DO OR WHY COME TO THE HOUSE IN THE FIRST PLACE) AND HOW MUCH? AS WELL, HOW MUCH THE SERVICE FEE IS, BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THE COMPANY IT IS $125 AND WITH THE PLUMBER IT IS $140.00, PLUMBER TRIES TO UPCHARGE YOU. If I was the one at the house with this plumber, I would of been furious. So not sure if the plumber tried to take advantage of my wife by not letting her know that he will charge and how much it will be. We needed to shorten the kitchen gas feed line to the stove once we purchased a new gas range. Another company said that they would need to cut into the wall to remove the old line and install the shorter line and that they would recommend a drywaller to repair the hole (for a separate charge). They said it was my only option. Complete Plumbing and Rooter came out and gave me 2 options: remove and replace the pipe by just unscrewing the old pipe and inserting the new connection, but if that failed, they would have to cut into the wall. Well, luckily he was able to remove the pipe without having to cut the wall and he did it for a 1/3rd of the price the other company quoted me for the job! Sometimes, we just need options! read more

At 10:00pm we had a pipe burst in the ceiling and water was coming down. Shut off the main valve but it didn't stop. I called almost every 24 hour plumber on Yelp and none of them called back after their answering service took my message....Except Paul of Complete Plumbing and Rooter. He told me honestly his company is booked up on an industrial job and couldn't make it out. He was caring and wanted to help after hearing the panic in my voice when I told him nobody was calling me back. He said it's probably the fire sprinkler pipe and said he'll come out to at least stop the flooding, especially since the fire sprinkler company, Cintas (supposed to be 24 hr service but they showed up 18 hours later) weren't responding back. Thankfully he came and stopped the flooding, but couldn't legally touch the sprinkler pipes. He's authorized to make new buildings and all kinds of plumbing but can't do the fire sprinkler pipes.
